Horrible customer service avoid if you can
I bought some goods for My family members inside goods came rained water damaged maybe while processing shipping I called next day explain everything asked for replacement he said he will follow up but later no response from him had no option but to contact my bank after contacting my bank they helped me to get my money refunded luckily now the guy name BEN called me twice and threatened me over the phone and asking me to pay him for faulty goods he also said if I don t pay him for faulty items that he sent me he will be knocking on my doors I got that conversation recorded Absolutely horrible service do not care about customer at all only about profits Don t bother to buy staff from this company avoid if you can

Mix up then exceptional service to sort it
Got my order mixed up I asked for a discontinued bulb so they sent me the latest all staff were polite happy friendly and much more took the time to explain what s was happening with super fast delivery I expected to be angry about getting the wrong product but I am more than happy with the treatment and replacement Will definitely do business again can t fault them

Esoteric one of the best
Esoteric gave me great service and would not be beaten on price when I had queries they were helpful and informative suggesting items that would be helpful cannot faulty them as even the one mix wrong product sent they let me keep the product I may or may not of needed the item however what this did was take all pressure of a return off the customer class act up there witht the best
