When I was knocked of my bike I m glad I had th Dimension They arranged to collect my bike within a matter of days This was so reassuring as I need my bike to get to work They kept me informed regarding the progress of the repair and when I could expect my bike back When ever I contacted them they were very professional and always answered my questions to my satisfaction I would defiantly recommend them
