Scammed me

Scammed me never received the package once contacted they asked for a photo of the box but since they took a week to reply I had thrown it out and now they re saying they can t help me at all DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OVERSEAS

I have placed 3 orders with them so far My first came from Italy to the UK in roughly 10 days after the order was made but i did order on a Sunday so there is that to consider also My 2nd order was also made on Sunday this week and it was shipped on the Thursday but it was a Monday holiday also so again there is that to consider My 3rd order was placed on Wednesday and today Friday has yet to be shipped but i believe it will come in time like the first order did I also got some nice free samples from them So for me it has been a good experience The only hold up i saw was with DHL Express but they notified me that the item was on hold which seems to mean it is just waiting for the next flight as the delay only lasted for a day then it was on its way again They are the same people at 50-ml com btw

I ve ordered from them twice once for a few fragrance decants and once to purchase a full fragrance bottle and take advantage of their Black Friday offer which was incredible It came with so many free samples of high quality fragrances e g a Frederic Malle a Floris a Penhaligon In both cases the packages were sent for delivery quickly and arrived in decent time considering the ground transport route from Italy to London I also appreciate the newsletters they arrive at staggered enough intervals so as not to be annoying they tend to have at least one recommendation that sounds interesting and even if they don t they are written with a sweet personal touch that feels authentic For each decant you buy you get a voucher for a discount off the full bottle which is nice I only wish the voucher lasted a bit longer as with the cost of some fragrances it takes more than a month to save up for them

Bought a 100ml bottle of Henymede Mark Antoine Barrois and a little sample of Encelade Yes i had to wait for a while but it s worth it Perfumes are 100 authentic and genuine Nice and securely packed Will be back to this company again
