I recently used 9am heelth for my healhcare needs and had a relatively good experience They were almost good at what thy do and I didn t have much issues The service was good and they dud allocate me to a profesisonal promptly The staff were dedicated annd vey freindly too which is a plehasant surprise I would recommend htem to othets and won t have an issue using them again in the future

I m beyond impressed and grateful for 9am Health As a new client they have made me feel so welcome and have responded immediately to all questions and concerns When I needed medication quickly they contacted me at midnight on a Saturday to let me know they d send it by next-day UPS air When I mentioned I didn t have a BP cuff at home they offered to send one free They offer a glucose testing meter for no charge as well They ve taken and logged my records and provided better care than the urgent care office and the local endocrinologist who couldn t see me for a month They ll also come to your home to do blood work This company is unbelievable No doctor I ve known has ever provided such incredible assistance and care and I don t need to leave the house Thank you for everything

9am Health has been a blessing to me because of the hours I work and the difficulty of seeing a doctor They were able to send me my prescriptions and tell me which lab work to have done so that I can then upload the results to them I received a call from the person in charge of my health treatment plan telling me I can call if I have questions or need help It was so nice that she reached out to me I recommend 9am Health to anyone who needs convenient quality care that is affordable especially to those without insurance or who have high deductibles

Simply incredible I am so grateful for 9am They saved my life When I lost my health insurance I was scared I have HBP and pre-diabetes and was unable to afford my medicine This plan provides it The customer service the phlebotomist and the Dr that reviewed my records and prescribed my medication are fabulous It is simple affordable and convenient

Great place to get metformin extended release When my new labs came in they raised the dose upon my request Great customer service when I had a misunderstanding They also have nutritionist consults available by the next day including weekends Way better than my local primary care for my prediabetes and high cholesterol They also offer blood pressure meds

Great service

I got to say I ve had a very good experience with 9 AM health I work in the healthcare profession I am very reluctant to go to a physician because it s so hard to get an appointment and honestly I like to keep my work life in my personal health issues separated Anyway I signed up for the 9 AM Got my lab work done within a week and had medication s that I probably should ve been on for the last 10 years so convenient I really wish this had been available a long time ago

10 10 - A great option for health care

Getting started was incredibly easy and the health plans are so affordable The care team is knowledgeable attentive and quick to respond I always felt like I was talking to someone who knew their stuff and that they cared Getting prescriptions was fast and easy as was getting labs done a third party company called Scarlet Health came right to my house for blood and urine it took less than 15 minutes This is a great option if you don t have insurance or if you re having trouble getting care through a GP Can t recommend it enough

I reached out for help with my medication supply all my needs were addressed immediately and supplies were shipped very next day I just took less than 5 minutes to close my request

I was struggling with getting my glucose numbers down I reached out to 9am health and my numbers have come down The support and encouragement I get from the team is great I definitely wouldn t have been able to manage my diabetes without the help of this great team I am very grateful for this program
