I purchased 2 live bay leaf plants from Amazon on June 2 2024 I was charged an additional shipping of 5 95 Product supposedly shipped from 9 Greenbox in California via DHL with arrival date in PA of 6 13 I tracked the package on 6 14 on my Amazon Prime account It stated that it was out for delivery On 6 15 I sent a message to the seller- no response I contacted Amazon customer service who told me they contacted the seller my package was in route but was delayed by 2 days It is now 6 23-- no package and when I check the DHL tracking number it states that the package is being processed at the company and awaiting a label This happened to me twice before where the product supposedly ships from a seller not Amazon and it never arrives I just read seller reviews that tell the same story I should have read the reviews before I purchased the plants Amazon customer service gets 5 stars for their help 9Greenbox gets 1

Sent a dead plant Company phone is disconnected No response to emails AI chat bot is no help at all Impossible to get any customer service

They are a scam
They are a scam Most if not all of their sites connected to everything have been removed They get payment information from people That s all they want They might send out a trash product or nothing at all Obviously do not buy anything from them Spread the word File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau If you have purchased anything go through your payment source to get your money back And you will because this fake company does not respond
