Don t honour their price match

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to price match Unfortunately on this occasion we are unable to match the price you have quoted We do not guarantee to price match every single product because from time to time some retailers may clear out stock at a loss In this particular instance the price quoted is below our cost price Good luck with your purchase Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance The price I quoted doesn t seem to be making the retailer a loss Effectively they re saying they will price match you as long as they can make a solid profit

Skateboard

The ordering process and payment was really easy I was kept upto date on when my order was being despatched and I was informed of the time it was to be delivered and it was spot on What really disappointed me was the item wasnt packaged very well it arrived in a plastic bag with both ends sticking out and with a small dark stain looks like blood on the kick back and a scuff mark I expected it in a box or protected with bubble wrap whilst in transport I ve sent dresses to EBAYERS in better packaging I love the skateboard but sad it got to me in this way

Not a great experience

Bought an item that was faulty exercise ball Not a fan of each time you email them regarding the matter you have to fill out the contact form every time email address ref number department how you purchase item Also the contact number cost me 2 I was only one the phone for a minute was asked to select the option my call relates too heard a few rings and put it down and boy am I glad I hadn t read the significant charges underneath Also no instructions in order and no returns label as you are required to request one then print which at this time is difficult to do Not a great experience

Poor Quality Web Site

Finally managed to place an order Most of the site was ok however the checkout process OMG not good Asks for postcode - not sure which database these guys are using but it appears to only have 1 address in Norwich Regardless of how I specified my postcode Uppercase lowercase with spaces without spaces still only get that 1 address for Norwich so had to manually enter my address BTW I live no where near Norwich Here s hoping the product arrives at my address

Dirty Dog Ski Helmet

I have purchased a helmet which came in different colour than displayed on the website Huge disappointment as I the safety straps are white and the helmet is black I wouldn t have ordered it if I new the stripes were not black like the rest of the helmet Also this is a christmas present so probably do not have time to re-send it and go through all the faff Big minus

Disappointed Scratched Ski Goggles

Ordered a pair of goggles they arrived scratched due to the lack of protective packaging I was finally sent a replacement lens after returning the scratched lens but have been sent the incorrect replacement lens Offered only a refund of either 10 or 20 store credit Neither useful to me as I still wasn t getting the item I had paid for and I don t want store credit as I won t be placing any further business with Absolute Snow A frustrating experience at best

Poor stock control

Item was in stock on their website I Received contact a couple of days later saying that item was not in stock Forced to fill out a web form to ask for a refund but the refund was dealt with promptly

Not for me

Completely ridiculous experience and wait to buy one item A potentially innovative idea but very badly executed A computer system upgrade is needed if this idea is to work - printed pieces of paper long waits at each point and then being sent to another staff member before you can leave the store with the item you ve already paid for does not seem very innovative

Poor processing time

Poor processing time It s taken over a week from payment for the order to be processed and sent out for delivery The email I received after the order falsely stated it would be processed the next day as I order after 2pm on a Thursday

Great initial service but absolute joke when it come to warranty

I found the process of ordering and delivery a complete dream but after a few months of using the product a defect developed with the manufacture of the shoe I was advised by the Dachstein The brand of shoe I had bought to contact seller for warranty and told that there was a manufacture problem and I could prolong the life of the shoe by taking them to a cobler to get them re glued at my own expense
