Good prices wide variety

I have just place my order and although I had issues with chechout I hope that everything will go well A free bag was added as a present for a buying a package Board Bindings Boots in addition to a plus 10 discount I purchased previous season models with very good prices as well I am only hoping that everything will be received as advertised

Great store but needs more staff

It was our first time at the store and we had a great experience Its like argos but better as you can try things on etc before buying Mark and Daniel were very helpful and really tried their best but I felt that their was not enough staff as we had to wait a lot for items to be brought out We spent 4 hours at the store

Great prices but mobile version of site non existent

As mentioned above prices are extremely reasonable and you can pick up some great bargains in the sales I would give them 5 stars however theres no mobile version of the site I find this quite hard to believe since most people would browse on their phones nowadays Always reach for my desktop laptop whenever I order from this site Overall though great shopping experience and prices are very reasonable

Helpful detailed description on the gear both on video and written these guys really know what they re talking about Good selection fair deals If the service stays the same I won t go anywhere else Easy to navigate understand- 4 5 stars because I think if they are doing well the website could be brought a little more up to date as long as its still as easy to find what you want and is functional

Jay was very experienced knowledgeable enthusiastic listened to you measured you up and brought out the boots that were best for you Life is like a box of chocolates you don t know what boots you will get but you go home with the ones that fit best without covid my experience would have been better

Happy with service but item is not 100 close to original

Item arrived earlier than expected I purchased an Osprey backpack Talon 44 The backpack is fine looks new however there are few small details that make me think that it is not 100 genuine like bought from Osprey website or any shop In fact the opening closing rope is not centered but on the left inside not a big deal and little metal rings are missing where there are small holes That s probably why you get products so well discounted

Same day dispatch did not work out otherwise decent service

I ordered a pair of snowboard boots to Finland Made the order well before 2pm on Thursday to get them dispatched same day as promised Didn t hear anything from them until Saturday when they told me that they had refunded the VAT Order was dispatched Monday and as I paid for DHL express the package arrived on Wednesday Boots were as expected

Great website good prices kept up to date via email Would 100 use again I pay for next day which dint get here next day only reason not for a 5 but a great company

Good customer serviceUnfortunately the item I ordered was not delivered to our address when I raised this with Absolute Snow they replied promptly and professionally and even refunded me in full including the shipping costs Great example of what good customer service looks like

Slightly awkward returns policy but good customer service

Edited - I had an issue with returns but it was quickly sorted with a follow-up email Quick delivery and good price for product
