New skis issue problem solved

I purchased some Atomic skis and Look bindings last year Unfortunately the binding came loose on one ski and was unable to be rescrewed and tightened The customer service team was efficient and helpful in fixing the issue and providing a Phantom service as a gesture of goodwill Special thanks to Josh who was always quick to reply and very helpful

Cannot fault this company Have ordered from here a few times and they have delivered exceptional service every time Particularly like the personal emails sent out when the order has been packed up Website is easy to use and the prices are very competitive Highly recommended company

Lightning Fast Delivery

I ordered a new Rucksack Smith Helmet and ski board trousers I placed the order on a Wednesday but even though I had selected the next day delivery I was concerned I had left it too late for them to arrive before I left that Saturday for my trip I d had places let me down before I received regular updates through the day of my order status and less than 24 hours later it all arrived Everything exactly as ordered I will defo be using Absolute Snow for future purchases

Fantastic customer service Josh was extremely helpful regarding board specifications and checking up things for me he even manage to go to the warehouse for me and make sure I have the correct base at the last minute When spending such a lot of money on snowboard equipment this kind of service is hugely appreciated Absolute snow I ve always been very helpful and this was a step even further
