I was sent the wrong size boots

I was sent the wrong size boots I have tried to get new ones Even just to find out how to return them would be good After the initial acknowledgement Nothing All we want are boots for our son

I ve changed this review from 1 star to 3 as my item did eventually arrive and the item itself was fantastic However Absolute Snow s decision to use Evri formally Hermes as their delivery company for this order left me very disappointed It took ages and the communication options with Evri are non-existent Couple this with no easy way to get hold of Absolute Snow due to them turning their phone lines off and it does make you worry when your order is in limbo like mine was Thankfully it came in the end so all is well but had Evri just kept the parcel like you hear so many stories of then it could have been an absolute nightmare I may just spend the extra money and buy from Amazon next time as while Absolute Snow are often cheaper Amazon s delivery and customer care is second to none Please improve Absolute Snow and I may well be back Keep using Evri and I definitely won t be

Paid extra for next business day delivery that didn t happen sadly It s really not worth paying this surcharge because its not guaranteed The order was picked and shipped as expected but the choice of courier Parcelfarce is a poor one

Do not order from this website Take money no customer service

Do not order from this website Only received half of an order even though it says dispatched in full The delivery note also only has 1 item on I have been unable to get hold of anyone on the phone always busy then call ends no matter the time or day its always the same I have emailed them sent them a message on Instagram and facebook still no response Original order date 01 01 Update - 11 01 23 finally customer service got back to me and said they sent my items in 2 separate parcels and forgot to provide both tracking numbers The other parcel has been lost and they have resent my lost item Updated to 3 star from 1 star

Good prices with marginally unethical business practive

Prices are good and I have never had a serious problem ordering from here However there are two things that really bother me about this website 1 If you add something to your basket and decide not to bother ordering it they will email you to try and prompt you into finishing your order 2 More seriously though when you go to order they will default to one of the more expensive delivery options even when you qualify for free delivery This could be easy to miss and you d end up spending more money than you should It all just feels a bit sketchy

Good shopping experience poor customer service

Bought multiple items from this company I had a slight problem with the website where I was charged x2 for the order but the issue was solved in a few days when they received double payment One of the orders was kids snowboard boots with BOA after a month the BOA broke and I contacted customer support to get a warranty claim This was rather slow and I had to send follow up emails to get any updates a bit of a red flag Than I noticed a tear along e seam in my wrist guards filled a form contacted customer support I ve been waiting 8 days for a reply this it a cheap item so not too bothered but I think I ll start looking somewhere else for snow gear Since this review I ve dealt with this company few more times and their response improved a lot much happier to continue shopping with them

Initial failure to exchange for faulty now refunded

23 11 22 Great shopping experience until it was clear my product was faulty months into using it My consumer contract is with Absolute Snow NOT petzl yet they pawned me off to contact Petzl about the warranty when it should be this shop who sorts out a replacement especially since Petzl have the nerve to make me pay postage to return the faulty item this is totally unacceptable if this shop does not offer me an immediate exchange I will escalate this 24 11 22 Following my 1 star review yesterday I upgraded it to 3 stars after they now provided a refund since there is no more stock and I have bought it elsewhere

Item not received

Updated review I am currently waiting for a refund but it has indeed been issued this afternoon It is frustrating because I ve ordered an item for a specific purpose and never received it However it is hard to say whether it is company s fault or the royal mail and I guess putting my frustration aside - the company has communicated with me and the staff has been very polite and sincere in their emails and they have issued a full refund I guess it is a small business and they received too many orders over black Friday sales I upgraded the review from 1 to 3 stars because of the kind communication from the staff Original review They seemed like a genuine company I have received confirmation email very quickly and the dispatch email the next day I was surprised at how nice and personal the emails seemed in comparison to other companies Anyway I have never received the item Initially when I contacted them they responded quickly suggesting that after 10 working days they can mark item as lost in transit and either send me a replacement or refund me After 10 working days passed and I ve asked for money back they suddenly went dead silent no more communication no more responses I have tried several times nothing I now need to buy some last minute whatever I can find jacket cause I don t have time to seek a good one anymore and my money is gone and I m not sure if I ll ever be able to get it back

Really disappointed that we paid extra

Really disappointed that we paid extra for next day delivery for which it never arrived until the following day to be told it s not a guaranteed service BUT you can track it Nice to know I paid extra to track it was not arriving on time

Communication When first contacting the company

When first contacting the company regarding an item they used to stock the response was positive However when challenged about their lack of interest in restocking an item which is difficult to get in this country and has previously been stocked by them they didn t like it and the tone completely changed and was in some ways demeaning Really poor I know my stuff and have done a lot of research into this and was spoken to as if didn t have a clue
