I bought a pair of walking boots Unfortunately there was an issue with the gortex lining These boots were under the manufacturer s warranty so I was sent a tracked returns label The matter was resolved by Absolute Snow customer service team to a favourable outcome Thank you for being a great company to deal with

BEST UK SNOW WEBSITE AROUND

I ve been ordering from absolute snow for around 5 years now and have had so many things from them from boards and bindings to clothes and accessories Every single order has been perfect fab prices the best in the UK by far and fast delivery Any time I ve had to contact them at all they ve been so helpful and you get an answer almost right away I ll continue to support this company ongoing and highly recommend others to use Absolute Snow too Best ever

I have ordered quite a lot of items from absolute snow over the last few months for an upcoming ski season and all I can say is that absolute snow have been brilliant Everything is always well packaged and they keep you constantly updated on the status of your parcel I have contacted absolute snow once for advice on jackets and ski trousers they gave great advice from their own experiences and I felt like they really wanted to help which you can t say about a lot of online stores Very pleasant experience

Best customer experience I ve had

Ordered an expensive sleeping bag yesterday and it arrived today A few hours after purchase I saw it being on sale somewhere else for 120 less and was a bit annoyed with myself I called Absolute Snow this morning and they picked up without putting me on hold I explained the situation and they offered a price match I emailed them the details and a few hours later said they d refund me the difference Probably the best customer experience I ve had

Very happy with this retailer Unfortunately an item I ordered ended up being out of stock so my order got stuck Josh from customer support provided multiple resolution options quickly and I m more than happy with the replacement item that was delivered instead
