Great selection of products but slow and clunky interface

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of products to chose from and the proportion of items that were heavily reduced This is somewhat undermined by how long it takes to look at individual products due to loading times and the unnecessary number of categories in the menus I think the site would benefit from being simplified to make it easier to peruse the vast choice of well-priced items allowing customers to properly utilise Absolute-Snow s greatest strength

Shame about shipping

Its advertised all across the website that there is free shipping for orders over 100 but when it comes down to it the offer is only on second class post which they then go on to NOT recommend in their website info as it can take a really long time Its a bit of a false claim in my opinion to offer something and then not recommend the service especially when someone is spending well over the required 100

Fake price match promise Found snowboard on competitor website on 28 06 2018 glisshop Exactly the same board absolute snow had Provided all the info with all links Still no one got back and it s 08 07 2018 already Made order with glisshop Previosuly bought snowboard boots from them For boots would give 5 stars

Fairly happy but

I was intending to place a big order so I called asked for a 10 discount I was told on the phone this would probably be no problem I should just email the order to them to check first I emailed the order details someone other than the person I d addressed the email to replied to say they wouldn t offer the discount because the prices are already good - so I ended up placing a smaller order

Good range but added sneaky delivery charge

The site did not make it clear that there would be a delivery charge It stated when I added the items to check out that there would be eligibility to have free delivery Only finding out that after I have paid that there is a delivery charge added on Just look out for that when buying Poor show Other than that there was a great range of products to choose from

Poor customer service

There was a problem with my order the wrong address saved on the system I started phoning customer service at 0800 and must have phoned 8 times during the morning to alter the address before it was despatched but the phone rung through to a full mailbox and was never answered Customer service was sadly non existent when I needed it

It s time for the snow for everyone

I think COVID and the ability for people to go skiing has overwhelmed the guys at Absolute for my order this time I ve waited a week for it to arrive but it is finally winging it s way to my daughter a 10 year old with her first set of twin tips The only thing I think they can improve is their customer service information flow would take a LOT of the heat out of what should be a very cool company Yes I would use again

Very mixed bag Like a less exciting Lottery

Have used them a few times for bits but as other reviews say its a very mixed bag Generally they are ok but returns are made difficult and on the last occasion I was charged 7 delivery for some stickers that I added to my basket even though the helmet I ordered was out of stock No refund for shipping and getting hold of someone is next to impossible

Terrible Don t use the click and collect

Once upon a time tis was a good company where many a coin I had spent Unfortunately the service has become really bad Click and collect orders can take days to be dealt with No phone contact number Buy from here just cross your fingers about when the goods will arrive Update Still not heard anything from the company Incredibly bad for communication and click and collect orders which could take days Update After chasing the company over the phone They managed to get my order sorted out for me

I ordered a 180 sleeping bag and it came without a stuff bag they couldn t find in the warehouse When you spend 180 on a sleeping bag you expect it to have everything included Sort it out guys
