absolute disgrace

More like absolute disgrace Bought a new extended fly sheet for my big Agnes tent and on first outing one of clips broke 3 weeks later and multiple videos emails sent and I am just completely ignored Basically they won t do anything about a faulty product Go elsewhere people update 23 11 22 It took you three months to reply to my review and once again all i get is email or phone us i have tried this on a number of occasions and also messaged via face book without any success or luck i took matters into my own hands and contacted big agnes direct who have sent out a replacement part and i will now have the tent repaired at my own cost so safe to say i wont be using your service or even trying to contact you as it is a complete waste of time

Randomly deducted money from a return

Randomly deducted money from a return I arranged and paid for the return postage myself and they ve charged me 3 for that as though they somehow contributed to it petty let them keep it You can avoid random deductions by going through their own return process I guess

Utterly incompetent Sent faulty shoes requested I provide photographic evidence tried to get me to return at my own expense and then eventually refunded me 2 99 less than I paid for them What a bunch of jokers - AVOID

Next Day delivery is non-existent and doesn t use courier promised

Paid for next day delivery via Parcel Force extra 7 Item was dispatched by Evri which means zero chance of it arriving on time The package was then not delivered - I have to contact the retailer to get this resolved as Evri won t speak to peopleAbsolute Snow just said they couldn t do much - when escalated to a manager promised the world to get the package to me on time for a birthday present then nothing happened no call back etc So now stuck with no present If you re going to charge a premium 7 for next day delivery then use a decent company and follow up on promised actions

Atrocious customer service and unethical business practices

Do NOT use They mis-described a luggage bag on their website which meant it had to be returned Refund given for bag but they have not refunded the cost of return posting which was agreed in writing Next steps complaint to trading standards for mis-selling Unethical business and poor customer service P S Told NOT to use return label Followed your instructions to the letter

Place an order 27 09 22 after 2pm cut off but paid for next day delivery said dispatched 28 09 so expected 29 09 Checked tracking and they did not receive it until 10 15pm 29 09 and have only just received my item 01 10 22 so I ve been charged 7 for next day delivery rip off Very disappointed

Parcel lost in the email was not compensated

I ordered an item in early January and it s been almost 2 months The canned response I got from Absolute Snow was that it normally takes 7 days for an item to arrive It s been much longer than that and they are advising I wait I m truly disappointed they are not offering other option besides wait and see after nearly 2 months

failure to honour warranty

Failure to honour warranty Bought some North Face Hiking Boots in December 22 By March the mesh across the toe had frayed badly Contacted AS whito photos who said that the damage was fair wear and tear and would not honour the warranty How can a boot have a design life of four months and little use Shocking for a company that prides itself on providing quality equipment Despite multiple e-mails now being Ghosted Do not use this company buy direct from prime business 6 May update Following above review AS asked me to return the boots for a second opinion They have now sent out a replacement pair FOC

An absolute snow job

Paid up front - of course - for a tarp tent This is the contract the customer pays Absolute Snow delivers Instead left high and dry without delivery and of course the customer is expected to try to reschedule the delivery but without success An Absolute Snow Job Do I have to door-step this company to get my money back

So irritating

So irritating - bought snowboard trousers 30th December for trip tomorrow 7th Jan Paid extra for next business day delivery got email saying despatched on 30th received heard nothing since tracking number they gave me for Parcelforce says not recognised can t phone them up as they re too busy so now they have 168 of my money and I have nothing I hope it turns up still of course but pointless now that my trip I need it for is tomorrow
