Initially I received an incompatible power supply but after contacting them I immediately received a new one with extra connectors just in case without asking to return the wrong power supply Shipping was really fast Great service and helpful people Highly recommend supporting independent business rather than buying from online retailers

When my new laptop came it was missing a charger When I had a chat with the guy at AC Adaptors he told me exactly what I needed and went and found something in the warehouse that he thought would do the trick It did and now I have a fully functioning computer - and the show is back on the road I am so grateful
