Been great for me
Personally I find the negativity on here quite surprising I ve had to speak to ACAS a number of times over the past month or so and they have been so good and so helpful I know there can sometimes be a long delay waiting to speak with someone but they have all the time you need when you do get through I can only speak of my experiences and every single one of them has been superb

easy to follow presentation emphasised the importance of recognising the different characteristics of anyone with neurodiversity and explaining the changes that can be made to support the challenges of working lots learned in an hour would benefit all employers and employees

So much easier to contact in comparison
So much easier to contact in comparison to helplines like citizens advice took 5 minutes or so Workers are friendly and patient which is especially appreciated with this being a free service and advice given was very useful Not sure why the reviews on here are so poor

ACAS Resolved a big problem for our company
ACAS worked wonders for our company They were excellent in dealing with a very tricky employee situation and after HR Consultancy for over 18months ACAS sorted it out within 2 weeks I am very impressed with their handling and everyone I spoke to were exceptional The manager G was very considered and I want to say a big thank you

HR Course Attendance
Attended a two day course online it was well organized and very well presented both with the visual information and the depth of knowledge of the course tutor The follow up email contained a wealth of information in the form of templates links to a wide range of sites and the whole course slideshow Very informative Enjoyed and learnt on both days of attendance Thank you
