Best decision ever

When I first started doing my research on which laser engraving to invest in I was very overwhelmed by all of the different options I am so happy that I went with the Mira 7 from Aeon and was paired with Mia Fu as my customer service representative My experience with Mia Fu from the beginning ordering and shipping to the end delivery and setup support was phenomenal Mia was able to investigate shipping options to my location because it is not a common location and navigate the port delivery and clearance issues I experienced in my country Additionally Mia was very patient with me as I navigated working with my first laser machine The Mira 7 may look intimidating but is a fairly easy machine to navigate The videos on how to align the machine were very clear and easy to follow I would definitely purchase another Mira laser engraving machine from Aeon in the near future I hope to have the opportunity to work with Mia Fu once again

Really happy with my Mira9 This is my second laser I had a Glowforge pro before this and really happy I made the upgrade So far they ve been super helpful with any issues I ve run into or problems I ve had

Great service and product

From my initial enquiry through to delivery customer service was polite informative and quick I was nervous about importing such a large item as I had no experience but Aeon helped every step of the way and eased my fears The laser itself is fantastic Needed aligning after its very long journey but this was easier than I had experienced on other lasers I am delighted with the results and the overall purchasing experience Thank you Aeon and in particular Whale who was a pleasure to deal with

I have bought mira 9 laser which was my first laser I bought and AEON support in particular Zuoluo Lee helped me a lot from first steps to how could I improve my laser to get better performance I don t usually write review but I think they earned it

I happy with my MIRA 7 machine after 1 Year

I am happy with my MIRA 7 machine after 1st year of use My prior experience has been with Epilogue Mini 24 and Thunder Laser Vega Compered to these the design and features of MIRA 7 is on par with Epilogue at half the cost and well ahead of Thunder Laser It manages to integrate all assist systems in a neat and compact enclosure It beats Epilogue in terms of software features Build quality is higher than Thunder Laser and despite some minor issues is also almost on par with Epilogue Real usable engraving speed is really good on par with Epilogue and well above what I could get on Thunder Laser Vega machine Quality doing rapid engraving still lacks a little behind Epilogue but this is down to using standard glass tube instead of RF Support has been really good and machine has done over 900h by now without needing any alignment or anything else other than a cleaning of lens every now and then
