Shocking

It s now over a month since I ordered an iPhone 15 plus 450 taken same day Still no phone delivered and no contact from their customer service since an email stating delivery will be on the 21st February Company has called in the administrators and seems they are taking as many orders as possible in the meantime with no intention of fulfilling themChat live is pointless they stall you and then disconnect you keep saying everything is delay I have now put in for a charge back on my credit card before this company goes into liquidation I suggest everyone do the same

Be careful buying a phone from Affordable Mobiles I set up a contract last May my phone has broke today and when I ask for a telephone number to speak to someone you only get the chat function They tell you that my contract was set up under A1 Comms even though I bought the mobile off Affordable Mobiles and now that A1 Comms have gone into administration take the issue up with the administrators Shocking that you can t speak to anyone on the phone and when you ask questions they end the chat I m now left without a working mobile phone which is still under warranty

Absolutely dire customer service

Absolutely dire customer service Been waiting over a month for my phone with no update to be told today sorry we don t know how long it will take Already cancelled one order as it s taken too long Customer service is non existent you have to chase them for some kind of support and even then you don t get an answer just a generic response Terrible

Get it checked by an expert

I bought a refurbished iPhone 11 It seemed ok but after a while there was an intermittent fault in the phone calls When I took it into the Apple Store they showed me that the screen had been replaced and not done well and it was therefore likely that whoever did this botch job caused other damage I am aghast that Affordable Mobiles sold me a phone like this To me it looked fine To anyone who knows about phones it was obviously not good If you buy a phone from Affordable Mobiles get it looked over by an expert

7 days and still no phone

Phone ordered on the 3rd for my mum meant to be delivered by the 8th and hadn t even had a dispatched notification even though it was in stock Contacted support who couldn t access where the phone was as something to do with merging with AO and we d be called within 24 hours They then ended the chat on me mid conversation and still had no call from support and no phone delivered

Ordered mid-January and given an expected order date for February 22nd of course no problems taking my payment up front Now 8th of March with absolutely no news of why it s delayed or an updated delivery date on me to chase them to try find out Stock of the phone I wanted is on the website available to be delivered in 1-2 days yet I m sat waiting and waiting Live chat is absolutely useless too waited 25 minutes for someone to keep stalling and eventually tell me that the orders delayed and I ll get an update on email soon Been a week still nothing

AVOID AT ALL COST TOOK OUT NEW PHONE CONTRACT DECEMBER 2023 ONLY HAD PHONE 2 WEEKS THEN IT HAD A FAULT SENT IT BACK WHICH THEY RECEIVED 8TH JANUARY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN SPOKE WITH THEM ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS PROBLEMS IN THE WAREHOUSE SCANNERS ETC THEN WENT INTO ADMINISTRATION TOLD TODAY 9 03 2024 TO SORT IT OUT MYSELF WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH MORE LAUGHABLE THE GUY I SPOKE WITH TODAY IS THE SAME GUY I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACT WITH So LOST MY SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA

AVOID WHILE THEY ARE STILL TRANSITIONING TO AO

Since going to AO This website has gone right downhill waiting over a week for a simple upgrade The online chat can t help Have to wait for a call back within 48 hours Because of the process of still moving to AO and it s all a shambles AVOID UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE TRANSITION cant even cancel the order Edit for reply Didn t want someone to contact me i wanted my order I ve thankfully now cancelled it because because you were unable to process the order despite already having my ID check so please delete all my information from your system

I had received my new phone which was broken but then when I called I was told I would have to wait for that one to be returned then a new one sent back out and could take up to 10 working days

This would have been zero starsCommunication is none existent keep saying g 24hrs someone will ringYou can t ring them so its just a vicious circleUpdate to reply below its the chat people who kept telling me it will be 24 hrs and then another 24hrs when I again askI ve now cancelled because of thisUpdate contacted by ao today and a lot better conversation I ve have said I will reorder I will change rating depending on outcome of fresh order
