Very disappointed

I was extremely disappointed that the company sent 2 iPhone as my husband also purchased on the same say without requesting a signature when delivered by dpd As a result the phones were left outside someone else s flat for 3 days This caused great distress for me and my husband We had no support on the day we reported it Very unsatisfactory in my opinion

Excellent deal but after very little

Excellent deal but after very little communication and only lifeline was a chat bot I did start to worry that I had fallen for a scam Next day delivery turned out to be a week which I accept and wasn t an issue taking into consideration the Christmas rush My phone arrived after 7 days Terrible coms but they delivered the goods and the exceptional Excellent deal

Factory settinfs

Liked despatch process Timely and efficient Did not like that phone had not been reduced to factory setting It was full of previous owners data I did complain and although your representative was happy to supply a replacement I decided to try reducing to factory settings myself which I did successfully I will therefore hang on to the phone

I received an iPhone SE 2022 starlight that is faulty can t press letters properly to text and also the signal with o2 is very bad sometimes I can close certain apps Overall not a very good experience Currently I m trying to live chat unsuccessfully This is an update the situation has been resolved and although not a good experience with the phone the company have dealt with it well

Discount code issue

Easy to use website and good pay monthly deal However I had a discount code but there was no promotional box to put the code into After completing order customer services said it was not valid Evidenced the code from blue light discount and still waiting for an update 25 is not cash to throw away Someone is not sticking to the rules Which company

Affordable Mobiles missed the details

Affordable Mobiles found a better deal on my new iPhone 14 than I could get direct However they did not inform me that my current contract ends only a few months later and I had to haggle with O2 in order to get them to waive some of that and still pay duplicate service charge for a period Affordable mobile also did not offer me an option of keeping my phone number so that was another two calls to sort out

The phone was dispatched promptly but the dpd delivery left it at the wrong address and left me no instruction I was home throughout and they did not arrive at my house It was not your fault but very stressful nevertheless

Decent prices

Decent prices although you ll often get better prices on their website rather than from speaking to their advisors they called me to renew contract The incessant phone calls relaying the same information over and over again begin to grate after a while and indicate that they re not very good at communicating between themselves The staff are all very friendly and polite though

Upgrade took ages

Phoned ordered took 10 days to process because of network problems Spoke on line to representative help they were useless Ended up cancelling and repurchasing mob which in the end worked out in my favour as a cheaper monthly rate Overall much cheaper to purchase upgrade than O2 offers

Mixed review on my experience

Affordable mobiles were excellent when they done my upgrade However I returned the unopened handset as my son wanted another one for Xmas The handset was received my Affordable mobile on Monday at 12 45 and I have had two separate calls with them on Tues and Wed to try and get new handset out for delivery as it is a Christmas Present for my son Almost 3 days later and I still haven t received an email confirming my handset has been sent out for delivered I m disappointed I chose to upgrade my phone here It would have been much easier to go into O2 shop and exchange might have been slightly more expensive but I d have had the handset for Xmas I will say the staff I spoke to were very nice and courteous
