Very easy to set up and apply for my new contract and phone Communication was really good every step of the way Its a shame that DPD let them down by not delivering next day It wasn t Affordable Mobile s fault but they kept me informed Will use them again and recommend to friends

Talked through my options and provided a good phone Only issue I could complain about was delivery waited in all day as originally told next day delivery although phone was in depot just down the road wasn t delivered till the day later not a lot of communication from DPD

I first used Affordable Mobiles 2 years ago and they provided a good phone at a good price with minimal fuss This time was my first upgrade very straightforward and all as advised by the operator on the phone

Very pleased with my new phone and deal but slightly annoyed that affordable mobiles are still ringing me an leaving message reminding me that I am due for an upgrade more than a week after I upgraded Someone needs to tell the left hand what the right hand is doing

Sales Agent called me back to run through various options that they then emailed over to me to review They then agreed to a further call-back to confirm my upgrade choice It would have been four stars but I never got the protective case or screen case they offered

Ordering the phone was easy with this company getting the phone delivered was not they could not find my address so why not ring me Delivery company fault however due to not receiving that handset ive had to cancel the contract pain

Everything as described quick service Annoying thing was that there was no option to pick up the parcel or book a delivery time window They let you know in the morning on the delivery day what time it will be delivered and the only option to change is delivery day

The site was easy to navigate and showed the best deals The only negative was it didn t point out that you can t get a new contract from your existing provider and keep your number you have to go with a different provider for that unless you select upgrade but then the deals aren t so good Would highly recommend this site

Competitive pricing and phone sent out promptly Only one slightly annoying issue was that I couldn t get Samsung Care because apparently the phone s serial number wasn t from this country It was fine though as found a better more comprehensive and cheap option elsewhere Over all I m extremely happy
