Fast delivery of phone and good

Fast delivery of phone and good contract deal but wasn t until my first bill I realised VAT was on top But was still happy with deal Confusing to see how to keep my number on same network but just rang up and sorted it easily enough after switching phones Still awaiting reward referring which was half what I expected for phone series- so a little disappointed as could of got better cashback else where

Not applying blue light discount code

I asked that my blue light card discount be added when speaking to operative L when taking out a contract i realised immediately that she had not done this So I rang back and was told she would ring be back - but she didn t So I rang again and a third operative said they would try to add the code and ring me back Again no one rang back I gave the code at time of talking to Affordable Mobiles and is their nhs discount So I don t understand why no one had decency to ring me back and arrange refund of the overcharge

Issues with o2 number transfers

Buying the phone was easy an d communication great but Affordable mobiles should inform customers buying o2 sims that there are lengthy delays when trying to transfer over current phone numbers May make people think twice It has taken me 10 days to transfer number from one o2 sim to another Issue obviously more with o2 would still buy with affordable mobiles as a company

Great service if only purchasing 1

Great service if only purchasing 1 phone and it takes so long to complete checks once ID has been emailed I personally do not like being unable to actually talk to someone about my issue and only have a live chat option I did return my orders due to me purchasing the wrong model of phone and once I eventually received my email it was a pretty quick process

Ordering and delivery of phone was excellent Received my new iPhone the next day I have taken a 24 month contract with Vodaphone and I m still not connected I have contacted Vodaphone and they have suggested that the contract has not been set up from the 3rd party company and they are responsible for setting up the o tract Therefore I will need to contact affordable mobiles Due to the holidays I m unable to get this resolved 5 days after purchasing my phone

Affordable mobiles are alright company but live chat needs a lot work as 99 time u can get hold no one I took contract out iPhone 13 was ok phone but wasn t impressed with iPhone 13 had no help from affordable mobiles as exchange could been possible but want to charge me 50 if I did so didn t go down that option so bought different phone to put SIM In witch works better

I did an O2 upgrade and a phone was sent out the next day I contacted the chat to return as I did not get along with the phone and an agent emailed me as chat said to cancel the contract and said once the phone was returned they would send out a galaxy A54 which agreed The phone arrived at your warehouse on 26th Jan was told they were checking over and would email me with next steps it is now 8th Feb and still not heard anything when I try to call am told that the lines are closed

Expected Delivery date

I was given an expected delivery date of Feb 26th for my new phone When I contacted A M I was told that due to AO being involved with the company this was leading to delays I would rather have been told of any delays rather than the delivery date still being shown as Feb 26th

I really liked the offers they had on

I really liked the offers they had on the website The only thing that I found frustrating was that once the order was placed You do not get any update on the order until it is out for delivery so there was a few days of wondering if it had all gone through successfully It did turn out all fine in the end
