The crossover between my old and new contract was seamless Number was swiftly transferred over to my new SIM which has always caused issues in the past The phone arrived next day as promised and the lady I spoke to was incredibly friendly patient and helpful They also provide some of the better deals you will find opposed to going direct to the carrier

I called wanting to upgrade my daughter s phone Sales assistant Jade Leeson was very pleasant to deal with Signed up with Vodafone but when my credit agreement was declined she was very helpful Thought a series of emails the next day to arrange call backs she got me sorted with an new O2 contract Jade really couldn t have been any more friendly and helpful which is something other companies could learn from Excellent customer service

Use affordable mobiles - stay away from O2 customer services though
Having had my iphone stop charging it appears this is a problem with them I wanted to go through my options The customer service was great from discussing making a claim to Chantel giving me advice about organising an upgrade In the end we couldnt do an upgrade as O2 were being very poor a 1 star rating only so organised a new phone Even with the issues with O2 I got the phone delivered within 3days from Affordable Mobiles I dont normally leave reviews but AM customer services Chantel especially were very helpful

Fast as a fast thing easy process great price fantastic delivery service AND number switched over without me doing a damned thing I m a techphobe urgh also a creature of habit - aka I hate change This was the easiest most pain free mobile upgrade I ve EVER done and I ve had mobiles since 1997 Would 100 use recommend this site too anytime in fact I already have
