Would have given higher rating as iPhone arrived ahead of scheduled delivery problem was no SIM was included Chat told me I had to contact Three directly as they were not allowed spent over an hour calling to explain that Afford Mob hadn t included a SIM so I need a replacement Porting of my daughters number cannot happen until I have the SIM told this could all take around 5 working days A fine present for her but pretty useless just sat on her desk Disappointing service really only had two things to remember to post out to me

Delivery issues

Initially a bit disappointed - failed to deliver phone Partly because DPD were a bit useless Still waiting 10 days after ordering still no phone but some signs they are trying to resolve it Fingers crossed

not offering the same upgrade of the phone compared to all the other providers for the new s24 and when cancelling the order it takes 14 days to return the upfront payment i wouldnt have cancelled it the same offer had been provided

Next day delivery is terrible

Happy with ordering the phone online but unfortunately it hasn t come yet Ordered 4 days ago now and the courier DPD is terrible Gives you your delivery slot half an hour before it actually was Second time they didn t even bother trying so I upgraded delivery paid extra and they still didn t turn up Be careful if you want your phone for the next It probably won t come

No phones delivered

Ordered phone on Tuesday and it said it ll get delivered Wednesday the 4th Jan First they said there was difference in billing address and shipping so had to chase up my bank but they said nothing was wrong and then was told it was out of stock and still have no further updates I don t want to go through another credit check so now I m stuck with no phone and no idea when I ll get my new phone and I start work in a new city on Monday Absolutely unreliable and will never be using this liar of a company again

Avoidance of blue light card discount

I took out a mobile deal over the phone The operative L was very helpful However as soon as I put the phone down I realised she had not deducted my blue light card discount even though I gave her the code I rang back immediately and was told she would ring me back but she didn t So I rang again later and was again told either she or someone else would ring me back - no one did This 2nd person said they were hopeful the discount code would be applied and I would receive a refund The mistake was not mine but the operative The discount is one generated by affordable mobiles and should be simple to apply if she made an error and did not apply it

Purchased a handset contact

Purchased a handset contact returned unopened still sealed seemed to take forever log the device as returned back into my account once they did that I got my money back I know they will say it take 14 days to cancel contract with the network but my issue was initial process that took too long which was frustrating

2nd phone company who have done exactly

2nd phone company who have done exactly the same show the phone as in stock available for next day delivery then you order and they email saying sorry no stock - so yet again another cancelled order no phone and waiting 5 days for my upfront costs back - off to an actual shop to get the phone in my hand because this is ridiculous

I was at the end of my contract and

I was at the end of my contract and agreed to an updated phone when it arrives ring 02 and they will transfer it over Simple my nearly three hours later 24 hours with email and messages having to transfer across some apps manually it appeared I was not with 02 despite paying my bill to them for the last 2 years Not impressed with service at all

I have recently purchased 2 new

I have recently purchased 2 new contracts with you I have swapped from EE to Three and was advised that the network coverage would be as good as EE So far this week I have had issues most days with the reception and today I have absolutely none all day My son has literally just got his phone yesterday and also has nothing Very disappointed
