I am greatly disappointed in the
I am greatly disappointed in the service that I received from Aircraft Spruce I ordered a Bose A20 headset My company has ordered from them before and I thought that they were a reputable distributor After ordering the headset I started looking at the tracking information I saw that a signature was required for delivery to my home After contacting UPS they told me that a restriction was made so that only a signature at the shipping location would receive the package they advised me that I would have to contact the shipper to change it When I called aircraft Spruce the first person I spoke with was less than courteous I explained my situation and asked for another option I told her that I was not able to be at home all day on Thursday to receive my package and sign for it She advised that was the only option per her upper management She also advised that if I was to miss the delivery it would be sent back and I would be responsible for any fees and shipping related I asked about picking it up at a designated hub and signing for it there She said she would check with her management on that After checking with her management I was advised that was not possible either I contacted management a few hours later She was very helpful and professional I explained that my company had ordered parts from Aircraft Spruce before and seemingly had no issues I asked if there was anyway that I could sign for it and present an ID at a UPS hub as opposed to taking a vacation day from my work to take delivery at my home She checked again with her management and they declined I guess most aircraft Spruce customers take vacations and wait by the door when they purchase items from them This has been a great inconvenience and I have lost hundreds of dollars because of it I will never purchase anything from aircraft Spruce again and will tell everyone who wants to listen about my story I should have stuck with Sportys They have always provided some additional options for me if I was unable to sign

Don t give Spruce your Credit Card details
Recently had to order parts which would only allow payment be Credit Card not Paypal Spruce made two deductions from my C C account for the same order Thinking I was being scammed after the firsr deduction which had no relation to an order number or the amount of my order I suspended my C C account and contacted Spruce s so called International Customer Service Dept to find out if they had made the deduction Indeed they had as partial payment for my order When I asked them to notify me if they were going to make multiple deduction from my C C and send me their invoice for same they refused to do so saying that was not their policy as the deduction was part payment for an Order I had authorised No mention on their website that they are going to make multiple deductions as part payment for an order This was the second of two incidents involving Spruce s use of my credit card which is why I was so suspicious of this deduction The original incident occurrerd when some employee of Spruce went on a spending spree with my credit card details all around the Spruce s Carona facility making multiple purchases from various retailers all in the vacinity of Spruce s Carona warehouse the day aftyer I placed a credit Card order with them I know it was a Spruce employee because Spruce are the only overseas facility that I have ever used my credit card with but never again Spruce was completely uncooperative in investigating this and completely failed to give me any information on any investigations they had made Dont trust them with your credit Card details they are totally unreliable

Got a flight calculator sent me a broken one sent it back 6 months ago still waiting for them to sort it out I m 100 sure I got scammed I even paid for shipping to send back Should have read the reviews first

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company and They have the worst customer service What you may save in parts you will pay it back if you have an issue with your purchase On 12 07 I returned a tire that I purchase from them I spoke with them 3 times before asking for a manager or supervisor The supervisor told me I would get a refund as soon as Monday I called the Saturday after during business hours and I was placed in hold for 20 minutes and if they picked the call was only to send me back to hold I called the Georgia location and I asked for a manager A rude and in a rush lady told me that was not available Further asking told me that they did a refund to My account I do not have an account with them This was another kick around for not doing my refund I requested to be refunded to my mean of payment and I was told they will send another message and probably will be received on Monday next week making week 3 since this whole thing started plus the original purchase date making it 6 weeks They do not care about customer relationship or nothing of that nature Spend your money somewhere else where if an issue arises they will be glad to help you and not begging to have your money back for something you already returned I will not buy anything else from them

Poor customer service
I ordered a case of oil I got charged but it never showed up Aircraft Spruce never answer their phones I am assuming they are going out of business Sad to them go

Horrible service
True they have a lot of stuff and true often what we need that is not available elsewhere HOWEVER they are horrible with refunds and credits They NEVER do it the first 3 times Always takes several calls to get credited for parts that have been returned The call that floating your dough Banks do it for a living you or i would be arrested Chapter uhh 2 3 4 10 They continue to suffer from horrible customer service This time an AOG part was delayed 7 days with no notification because of THEIR mistake THEY DID IT AGAIN I m done never again fini adios muchacho I just spent 20 minutes talking to their PR specialist she called me to resolve our differences Nice conversation all resolved everyone friends until she sent me to accounting to clear up a double credit they had issued 6 months ago without anyone being notified Still no problem until they wanted to charge me 3 for a processing fee to process the correction to THEIR mistakes Done i can buy parts at 40 other places Chapter pick a number After 21 months that is correct i now get a bill for the credit the issued last year Do they ever stop screwing up Note in that time we have spent over 8000 on parts for our 2 acft We could have spent it with Spruce we didn t

What a nightmare Bought a headset which came faulty Contacted them the same day and they required me to contact the manufacturer What kind of after sale service is this Avoid at all cost

Pricing did not match billing
I bought some Bose X Foam Ear Seals from Aircraft Spruce and Specialty at Oshkosh The sales person told me they were 19 95 which was clearly marked on the box in large letters I was surprised to see my credit card statement billed for 30 07 I called and spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said they d put in a credit for the mistake It never happened I filled out an on line form for their customer service and never got a response I now have to contest this charge I am very disappointed with their honesty and lack of customer service and at this point would have to recommend you shop elsewhere

Customer service is lacking
Customer service is lacking I ordered item in June 2020 understood that they were going to be long lead due to Covid and wouldn t arrive until September September came items delayed a few times until I finally cancelled the order in October and expected a refund Due to a fraud event unrelated to Aircraft Spruce I had changed my credit card number and the refund did not automatically go back on the credit card I have now talked with representatives at least 5 times and am still waiting to get my refund check mailed to me it is now Feb 2021 Apparently accounting doesn t have time to process my request - this is getting very frustrating and I would be very cautious buying anything from them in the future

Do not use if you are ordering from overseas
If you are ordering from overseas please please do not use this company I ordered 37 worth of spruce from them A few hours later I got an email saying the shipping costs would be 203 The next email minutes later was to confirm that the order was processed I emailed them and rang them to immediately cancel the order but they refused To make matters worse I knew I would be charged 20 import duty on this order which was on top of their extortionate delivery charge I explained to them that this would happen and they did not care Do Not Order From Them
