First was delayed 1 5 hours
First was delayed 1 5 hours then by the gate we waited another 2 hours with noone there to speak to and noone telling us what was going on Then arrived at ben gurion and none of my cases arrived We were told that due weight limit of the plane some cases were never loaded on Now why do they offer to add on a case if the pane has a weight capacity

Terrible experience never use
Over 3 hour hr delay couldn t check in until 2 hours before flight so stuck in airport with all luggage for hours on end Then we arrived and suitcase didn t arrive due to weight limits - i pay for a suitcase when they know they won t send it on my flight What in the world Nowhere to make a claim on their website so I whatsapped them and they don t want to give me compensation although by law they have to I will take them to court
