Useless product and unprofessional services

Disappointing Emailed company to inform them that product appears to be faulty and is not misting as before No reply from them regarding this issue not very helpful at all Would not be buying this product again very disappointed and unprofessional as they don t even acknowledge your messages

Don t make the mistake of buying an

Don t make the mistake of buying an airwick automatic air freshener I ve brought 4 of these and each one has stopped working Airwick must be aware of this problem but why would they care as long as we keep buying their inferior products well I will never purchase an airwick product again I ve found cheaper alternatives on eBay that actually work

I recently purchased the new airwick

I recently purchased the new airwick freshmatic to replace my old one The unit has only one battery rather than two bonus unfortunately every time it dispensed it sounded like something was grinding inside I tried reloading it but still the same problem I decided to buy a second one stupidly thinking it would work The second dispenser still made a grinding sound as it tried to dispense with very little output of perfume I reloaded it with a new cannister and still the same Very disappointed with the new freshmatic I would not recommend buying this product to anyone

This is my 2nd time leaving a review for these products The plug ins dont smell of anything even on full and im not nose blind because can small the glade and fabreze for all time plugged inHowever a friend said the airwick reed diffusers were ok i reluctantly tried one the peony garden party which meant to be roses and sandalwood Yuk stinks of charcoal NOTHING like its meant to airwick really need to make changes to their products because they are of appalling quality im sticking to glade and fabreze because they are far better quality and smell like they are meant to

dont buy rip off

well what can i say grinding sprayers and cans that leak spray from bottom of stick out bit and to add insult to injury a false claim to lasting 70 days i would laugh but i just clocked the price and its gone way up and am trying to think how are these worth more money I recommend that everyone goes on to the cheaper brands as some do last longer or use a walk around can and spray when needed these sprayers need batteries they can be quite noisy and paying over 4 pound for 2 cans was expensive but now shops wanting over 5 or 6 pound and other shops 8 quid Wheres the goverment in all of this Is this not a issue for some investigation It says let airwick know your review lol they dont get back to anyone anyway

I bought four automatic air fresheners

I bought four automatic air fresheners about six months ago and they have all stopped working I dont think that is good enough they should last at least a year I wont be buying any more air wick products One thing that is quite strange is that they all stopped working within days of each other obviously I did try new batteries but to no avail its almost as if they are programmed to fail within a certain period I have now ordered some more robust commercial units with a years warranty which are more expensive 22pounds but may work out cheaper in the long run

Faulty Air Wick Mists

Bought two air wick mist devices and both have completely stopped working after only a few months use Tried replacing batterie only ever used air wick mist refill and tried cleaning the top Light works when you turn on the device but never mists Contacted customer service twice to replace them with no response at all I can t even call them as they don t list a number Very poor service from them

I had a stash of the old airwick

I had a stash of the old airwick automatic sprays thay are great got some new ones For a start thay are smaller now and its says 70 days not 60 the spray is so small now you can hardly smell it its just not worth it airwick do you think the public are stupid I will never buy one again you are just conning people shame on you

Waste of money

I have at least 4 airwick products all worked ok with the refill they came with however after a week or so and after the packaging had gone to landfill they seem to loose power to allow a spray Contacted airwick who requested the bar code from packaging Waste of money and time
