I had a pleasant experienceReading these reviews gave me a lot of anxiety after I had already booked return flights from Stansted to Antalya however 1 star I think is extremely unfair First of all it is a budget airline that has recently changed ownership and rebranded I appreciate some people have had issues and communication has been non existent but 1 star when they are basically the same as Ryanair and other budget airlines Communication in my experience was actually pretty good one day before our flight I was confused why we could not check in online I called their call centre for free which was answered almost immediately and the person talking to us quickly explained the reason why and to check in at the desk Both of our flights left with minimal delays delays are often not because of the airline but because of external factors things can go wrong but you must all have travel insurance right Worst case is travel insurance covers a nights stay and ultimately another flight if you can prove the airline is not assisting as they should We paid an average between us of 110 per person return for a end of June departure with a return on 9th July Online check-in is not possible for UK departures but our experience with the AJet staff both at Stansted and also Antalya was pleasant Both times we had not paid for assigned seats however we were sat next to each other for free despite the fact we were both on seperate bookings Ryanair would never do that It is also worth noting we were let off having our bag 0 5kg overweight we wanted to unpack an item at Antalya airport and they said not to worry The flight each way is as to be expected for a budget airline minimal leg room and everything costs extra on board however we lucked out on our flight back as the plane an A321 was half empty Just for information AJet sometimes wet lease with third parties so our aircraft was actually owned by a Istanbul based company called BBN airlines but crewed by AJet staff Think how Ryanair uses Lauda Air and Malta Air under the Ryanair brand Prices on board as expected are Turkey airport extortionate but acceptable if you paid a low price for your flight A 250ml can of Efes was 5 50 euros a coke of the same volume was 5 euros again roughly what you d pay on other airlines but predictably and no pun intended sky high prices We were both impressed and to be honest if I was to fly back to Turkey next year I would not turn AJet down if their price is still reasonable

I traveled stansted to Istanbul
I traveled stansted to Istanbul yesterday there was just a short queue at the check in no charge for check invery nice service on the plane and a smooth flight even had three seats to myself john

I was reading the comments after I booked with Ajet And I freaked out But everything was fine You can not check in online it had to be done in Brussel But now me and my colleagues could sit together The staff was nice and friendly Oke you have to pay for the food in the plane but you can choose out of a lot of things

AJET - Stanstead Antalya Return - Good Experience with no issues
We travelled as a family of 5 to Antalya from Stanstead on Ajet on a night flight on 17 08 returning on 23 08 I was really worried having read some of the reviews on both Tripadvisor and Trustpilot however our Flights left in and around the time they were supposed to and we had absolutely zero issues We even called their customer service number a few hours before our flight as there was contradicting information on Opodo which we used to make the booking and what they listed as Cabin luggage on their site and the call was answered quickly and our questions answered without any hassle They don t have the functionality to check in online on international flights to from stanstead but apart from that everything was all good We were even allowed to check in our hand luggage for free on the outbound flight which was very useful for the inbound flight they didn t offer this option but then again they don t weight your cases or make you check they fit in the trolley stands like Ryainair etc Would definitely fly with them again if they were competitive price wise at the time of booking

Very impressed - Mustafa from AJet
I want to take a moment to give credit where credit is due After an incredible family holiday in Turkey to end off my maternity leave my family and I were due to return to the UK with Wizz Air at 4am on the 29th of June An hour and a half before our flight check in I received an email stating our flight had been cancelled and the next flight out of Turkey would be 2 days later In a panic my husband and I purchased a return flight with AJet for a few hours later 45 minutes after booking that flight was cancelled too I was in an absolute state at 2 30am We made a call to get a few hours sleep and worry about the plan when we woke up After getting some well needed rest we made the decision to head to the airport and speak to the staff at the AJet Hotel Counter Thank goodness we were assisted by the most incredible member of staff - Mustafa Boyacioglu I hope this is the correct spelling He was so calm and helpful and got us on the first possible flight out of Turkey with no extra charge We were able to depart that evening after an incredibly stressful day Thank you Mustafa and AJet for helping us so incredibly in our time of need The way our cancelled flight was handled by AJet is exemplary- especially when comparing to Wizz Air who have not even reimbursed me as yet

AJet Exceeded Expectations After Flight Delays and Cancellations
I recently flew with AJet from Sarajevo to Amsterdam with a connection in Istanbul The flight from Sarajevo to Istanbul was delayed and eventually my connecting flight to Amsterdam was canceled After reading several negative reviews I was quite concerned about my safety and worried I d have a bad experience However upon landing in Istanbul and visiting their customer service desk I was pleasantly surprised AJet s staff particularly a representative named Ferhat handled everything with great professionalism He arranged a hotel for me organized transportation between the airport and the hotel and checked me in for my next flight issuing my new ticket All the hotel costs were fully covered by the airline Despite my initial doubts AJet exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them

New and promissing Airlines
I had a flight from SAW to CGN From the very beginning I had problems with online check-in I started to think that it was just a scam but when I called customer support on the German number they politely explained that the online check-in was currently unstable and advised me to check in at the airport It was free of charge Everything went smoothly at the airport The airplane was new and the crew was really nice and helpful Combined with the good ticket prices I definitely recommend this company I would give 4 stars but to improve the rating gave 5
