Television ordered never delivered they tried multipul times to take money from my bank account ignored any communication from me they have an advertisement on Facebook in my opinion this is a scam so beware

Scam company paid for a product that never arrived and when I asked them they said we are not aware of such order

This is a scam I found they have been taking money from my credit card although I have not set up an account They then refused on chat and when calling customer services 44 141 673 1121 to refund

What I disliked is that I never approved or instructed any additional payment to be deducted off my personal account as if I signed a debit order with Allgocamping I paid the R37 willingly and was not communicated any further charges to my account never gave any permission to debit my account what I m yet to like is that Marshall promised to refund me and waiting on his promises which I will appreciate and be glad as I m not working and it s hard to get the money these days my initial thinking on paying that R37 was for TEMU who was running the birthday special as I thought I would be lucky I was shocked to see my last money being taken by Allgocamping I then went to my bank of which they now opened my eyes that I have subscribed with your company I became very unhappy and also with the treatment I was getting from you agents saying that the policy which no one explained even before taking my LAST money in my account Mr Marshall I m very happy for your assistance and will surely send a good review after we are sorted please make it a point that you explain further on your advertisement what people are putting themselves into when subscribing with your product thank you Bongi Dibe This Allgocamping is a joke they Marshall said he will REFUND me but I m yet to receive my R523 28 they deducted off my account without my permission this will go on and on until I get my full refund
