Not even a 1 star This company is a scam They take photos of nice garments then get them cheaply made in China They arrive and not even the same product Then if you want to return you have to pay track and trace to China which costs so much you don t do It s their business model and so sad so many people get conned into buying from the photos Don t know how they can ethically run a business like this But they are Please don t be scammed by them The product you receive is some hideous knock off that is absolutely nothing like the photo Shame on you Aloha Wellington To know what you do and to work for a company like that I feel sorry for you

Shocking quality scam site

Shocking quality cheap and nasty I have reported to Facebook as well Do not buy this is not a New Zealand business I should have read the conditions and yes I got duped

I brough 3 items nothing was remotely like the photos on the website and the clothing was synthetic rubbish This business needs to be shut down I wouldn t pay 10 for what I received

I ordered a dress which was down from 200 to 90 It arrived today The material is thin and tent like It looks cheap and nasty and not even worth 5 I would never order from here again I thought I was ordering from a NZ shop given the word Wellington is in the name but it came from China Absolutely gutted

I have returned the product because it wasn t up to the standard it showed online ads It has been over 3months they haven t refunded

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with I complained several times regarding the Ember dress I purchased which I nothing like the picture online They never once addressed my concerns just sent emails waffling with no positive solution other than send it back to China I did not buy this from China I bought it from Aloha Wellington I would never have considered purchasing if I had known this The dress was supposed to be cotton but had no labels and while it may have some cotton content it was not 100 as per description The pictures show a slip that didn t come with dress The picture also showed an ombre effect mine was more of a chambray fabric Absolutely awful Do not go there this is absolute rubbushproduct with a dedicated determination to make your life as difficult as possible if you want to return anything This is clearly indicated in their waffle when someone has a problem with their product
