I worked with Katy Wilson at the South Broadway location in Tyler TX and I couldn t have asked for a better experience I work out of town and she was able to complete my loan quickly and easily Katy is very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with Thank you for all of your help Katy

Car Loan

This was the best experience I ve had at Altra I ve never had a bad experience but this was better than I could have ever asked for I contacted Jordan Blom to help me with a car loan and he eagerly volunteered to help me I asked this process go as quickly as possible as I was eager to get in a new car I told him I was unable to come in due to work and he managed to do everything over email and phone in less than 4 hours Impressed and beyond satisfied is an understatement He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a private party Please acknowledge Jordan s hard work and great compassion for his job I know I will always choose Altra as long as I get to work with people like Jordan every day Thanks so much

I was new to Minnesota and when all other banks treated me as if I was just another client the staff of the Rochester MN Altra Federal Credit Union treated me as if I were a part of the family This is something I appreciated and respected The staff treated me with courtesy and respect were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options and helped direct me to the best options I had to choose from

Great to see the smiling faces when you walk in the attention and helpfulness everyone extends to you makes you feel that they want your business it s not like you walk in there and you feel like you re putting them out They pointed out to me an account that I could get a very strong return on my money yet it would still be liquid and avaliable to pull out anytime if a different investment opportunity comes along
