Bad Way to Do Business

They tricked me into renewing my ESA letters and when my apartment complex said they don t need to be renewed American Service Pets said they wouldn t give me a refund Horrible way to do business I won t ever use them again

BUYER BEWARE

They automatically charged me MUCH MORE first invoice was 107 00 and the charge in 2024 was 178 00 than what I had initially paid in 2023 without letting me know I did not receive notice of this charge prior there is no info in my account online nor did I receive any invoice for this transaction- ever I called customer service and was told she would refund the charge A week later no refund so I called a second time and was told the refund was denied by management and nothing else could be done NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO I still have no invoice for this charge Buyer Beware

I typically do not write bad reviews however these scam artists have seriously pissed me off This company is FRADULENT I paid for my ESA letter in June Exactly a month later I have a charge for 32 46 I did not authorize this charge I emailed them twice and got some generic email response asking me to call their customer service number HAH No one answers - which is hilarious because TWO different people called me after filling out the form online They are really hungry to get your money I called my bank to report this charge and they let me know it s showing up as a recurring charge Why the f would I have a RECURRING CHARGE on a service I ve already paid in full and have received I asked my bank to stop future payments from this merchant and will have to CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD if it keeps happening Are y all kidding me What is wrong with all of you You were just going to keep charging me forever Or until I noticed Anyone who has recently gotten a letter from them - PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS A MONTH LATER THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU Give me my money back

Bullies that charge far too much

It started when I received a very scary letter threatening legal repercussions if I used the letter from last year without paying for the past due renewal I never received notice for Afraid for the possibility of the security of my cats staying with me I paid for all of it and wound up paying double what I thought I was paying When I called to request a refund they told me it couldn t be refunded because the letters have already been emailed to me 300 now have me stuck to a company that bullied me into something I didn t want and can t afford

Nonstop Spam

Haven t even purchased the service backed out of the process as 1 I have not adopted my animal yet 2 I wanted to see know the price of the service before committing there is 0 transparency and you will not know the price until you are paying it Since then I have received countless calls and emails and discounts begging me to come back and finish DAILY Seems unprofessional for a business to be begging quite annoyingly for your service My spam calls and emails from weird places have increased tenfold as well After finding other reviews here I will 100 NOT be using their service

These people are straight up thieves They just billed my debit card after being told no This is not the first time this happened with them I had to cancel my card because of them

They will steal money from you and hope you don t catch it

I explicitly opted out of all the gimmick sales options in my order Just needed paperwork to get my my dog in my new apartment I reviewed my order with a fine tooth comb They have so many popups for service vests and training videos and other unnecessary items I opted out of all When I spoke with when doctor initiating the paperwork he again affirmed I was only paying for paperwork Two months since then I ve been billed a reoccurring billing for 29 99 for training videos this company is sneaky and purposefully deceitful and when I called them for refund they said we can only refund you one charge dont you want to train your pet Still trying to sell me something I didn t order was not obligated to pay for and that they snuck in as a free grab on my debit card without my permission or knowledge Just really disappointing and just another business screwing over people and taking advantage of people who are pet Reliant
