Never received the products support ignoring my emails

Ordered 2 shirts and never received them because they put the wrong delivery address on my order Aus Post immediately returned to sender Support initially replied to my email for help and then completely stopped responding to me Completely ignored my requests for a refund despite the products being returned back to them Don t bother ordering anything from them the knock-offs are probably better quality anyways

First time and last time ASSC buyer Quality below trash

This was my first time buying anything ASSC fyi Didn t really mind the wait but it s all about the quality They have some decent collabs but the blanks they use to print these collabs on is straight trash lowest of the low quality wise Hoodies are thin airy and light weight probably cost 4-5 dollars in bulk The only thing even remotely nice are sometimes the collaboration but that s where it ends You can find better quality threads at Walmart unless all you care about is hype This is one of those one and done brands for me

I d give zero if i could Last October 2019 i ordered gifts for myChildren for Christmas The order didn t come until February 2020 I am STILL waiting for a belt We are approaching ONE YEAR since I placed my Order I have sent numerous emails and have had one reply after months saying they were checking into it and acknowledging they never sent it and one other over a month ago saying they were opening an investigation Like jsut give me my money back single mom of two kids being robbed by a multi million dollar company

Honestly we have ordered a couple of times and did not encounter any issue other than a long wait for the merchandise to be delivered It certainly did not speak for ASSC as an online retailer but eventually everything was delivered This is no longer the case Recently an order was delivered incomplete and the trouble starts when you have to deal with ASSC for after sale issue Actually it is pretty simple they simply don t even bother responding After half a dozen emails anybody would start losing patience Stay away for now

Antisocialclub eu is FAKE site I thought this was the official site for Europe looked exact like the antisocialclub com I received a damaged hoodie with stains but no reaction for return The t shirt I received was ok but I think it s fake it has a little label inside at the shoulder but no washing directions The official website gave me a correct answer so I find out I bought from a fake site

Worst Customer service of all time

Unfortunately couldn t put a 0 star rating because 1 star is far too generous for this incompetent company I placed my order in March 2020 and have still not received anything I have sent over 20 emails asking where my parcel is only to receive passive aggressive emails back which have since stopped so I now am without a hoodie I ordered and paid for and have not heard anything back regarding a refund I hope someone sees this and finally resolves this ridiculous situation
