The cliff changed the hay premium alpino

Hi sorry for the late reply Well the delivery came earlier than we have expected Thanks However hay which we had ordered was Cliffi alpino premium not super premium we have received The package was the old premium one We didn t care about the discount but needed the premium Alpino not the super premium The super premium hay was cut very shorted and too soft Our bunny has to eat crunch hay for his teeth since we are following our vet s advice We want to know that the company Cliffi changes to the package and the preparation of hay By the way your website froze while I was ordering this order The website was working horribly Thanks

Good service but awful delivery guyd please change BRT delivery for DHL

All was good except the delivery It was by BRT canceled like every day for about 3 days I have ordered 46 kg of products and for 300 not cheap delivery because I won t able to go to store and there were food included in package Then I expected delivery as they said 3 days Stuff from arcaplanet packed it carefully in boxes I have no questions about service But my advice guys pleaseee change delivery company if you don t want to loose potential customers

I ordered online to pick up I thought at my local Arcaplanet Unfortunately there is another one muchfuther away in the same road so what I saved was lost in driving much further away At the time of ordering it only mentioned the road not the number or district not great for an elderly customer

Delivery was outside the time indicated The delivery was supposed to be between 11 15 and 13 15 The driver phoned me at 14 49 and arrived soon after I had waited in to receive the packages and I was unable to go out at lunchtime If I had known it would be so late I would have gone out and been back at home for 14 49- Your information regarding the delivery is wrong

a little problem

The box is overall great and I really like the design and functionality However I am unsatisfied because one part of the box arrived broken Specifically the flat black plastic cover on the front section near the pull handle was damaged upon delivery Since I ordered the XL size the box is too heavy for me to take it to the post office to return and exchange it for a new one As a result I decided to keep it but I am quite unhappy about this issue

Change different delivery service

The special offers are fantasticBut the delivery service you use are utterly terrible The Indian man was rude over the phone and he just left my 3 boxes down there Where the other gentlemens normally come and dropped it off in front of my door This would make me think twice buy from Arcaplanat again
