Poor service and wrong order

Horrible worst experience ever Mirror came with one corner broken As I saw it once installed they say they don t take care of it I had mine with 2 Leds warm and white Warm has never worked and now half of the mirror doesn t even turn on the led The only solution they have given me is to send me a led whatttt Or someone comes and fix it or I send it and you fix it After a month and a half I am just tired Going to the police to put a demand and also to the Spanish OCU user and consumers organization Paid over 500

Very poor quality and customer service

I ordered 100 x 80 rectangular mirror I waited 3 weeks for delivery and when it arrived it was 80 x 100 to hang vertically Very poor service and was made difficult to return as company was in Poland U K phone no Artforma es They eventually returned my money but very poor service I was very unhappy

Broken mirror and bad customer service

We bought two large lit heated mirrors for 550 each in 2021 Shortly after delivery the heater button on one of the mirrors stopped working Their solution was to offer us a discount but we insisted that it should be replaced They wouldn t send a replacement so we had to buy a new one and return the old one After two years the silver at the bottom of both mirrors started to corrode This has got worse on both mirrors and we tried to get them replaced because it is clearly a manufacturing quality problem As the mirrors are one year out of the the two year warranty they refused By paying a high price we thought we were buying a high quality product but clearly not You can buy mirrors for half the price that are equally as good with a 10 year warranty from Leroy merlin They clearly don t care about quality and don t care about customer service I would avoid this company Compramos dos espejos grandes iluminados y calefactables por 550 cada uno en 2021 Poco despu s de la entrega el bot n de calefacci n de uno de los espejos dej de funcionar Su soluci n fue ofrecernos un descuento pero insistimos en que lo reemplaz ramos No enviaron un reemplazo as que tuvimos que comprar uno nuevo y devolver el viejo Despu s de dos a os la plata en la parte inferior de ambos espejos comenz a corroerse Esto empeor en ambos espejos e intentamos reemplazarlos porque es claramente un problema de fabricaci n calidad Como los espejos tienen un a o fuera de la garant a de dos a os se negaron Al pagar un precio alto pens bamos que est bamos comprando un producto de alta calidad pero claramente no Puede comprar espejos igual de buenos por la mitad de precio con una garant a de 10 a os de Leroy Merlin Claramente no les importa la calidad ni el servicio al cliente Evitar a esta empresa

Nice product challenge with smart functionality

We bought a 1 8M x 0 9M mirror The product was delivered within 2 weeks and it looks great The packaging probably included the documentation for installation of the WIFI function and how to use the other functionalities but this was lost installers probably threw it away I ve sent several emails requesting a new PDF document so that I can start using my mirror and I ve not received any response at all Now I have a smart multi-functional mirror that I can only use as a stupid mirror Paid top dollar 1000 for a piece of glass Not a happy customer UPDATE while my mirror is actually quite beautiful high quality product the light works and I assume the heating as well the smart weather station still does not Artforma has attempted to get it working with manuals and guidance but it only worked once and never again They have now given me a 10 rebate and that settles that I m alright with this
