5 Stars ALL THE WAYFirst contact at 9 30 booking in the job this morning and I was given a 12 - 5 slot this afternoon for a plumber Dan called me when he was 40 mins away at 1pm Job was trickier than we thought and may need further attention - I have to monitor but Dan was efficient and professional and problem solving If I need to order in another part to solve a potential problem uncovered I will have no hesitation in calling them back to do the work Excellent

The quality of the work and speed that Dan sorted out this emergency leak was very impressive A polite efficient excellent service The flat was left in perfect order - clean and tidy after considerable works and retiling required Acknowledging that good quality work with immediate attention needed of an emergency plumber does tend to come at a high financial cost In turn we experienced the privilege of no worries and very happy tenants I can recommend Dan as a plumber worthy of top end properties In this situation we were very happy to pay the extra to mitigate damages immediately and keep our tenant with a 5week old baby happy How many such tenants could possibly be gratefully happy only 3 days after the WC waste came free from the soil pipe leaking onto the concrete substructure of their home Thanks to Aspect this whole catastrophe past quickly - absolutely pain free Very grateful
