Unfortunately I have to use Jira at work It s terrible Not intuitive at all I also get so many emails which don t even have an unsubscribe button so I had to send them to spam Now I miss important emails because I either have to get 100 a day or none Please fix your notifications via email as they are terrible

Worst customer service ever
I never do reviews but really this service is so bad that I take the time to write something for others to avoid having any relation with this company I m trying to get my account deactivated since 6 07 20 more than a month I can t deactivate it because it says that I have an active product when I don t really have anything active I wrote to technical support and received only one reply a week later after that I didn t receive any more even though I am still writing All I want is to remove my account from their database but it seems impossible Without exaggerating it s the worst customer service I ve ever seen impressive

Most time-consuming admin in all of SaaS products Amazes me how they can manage to complicate the whole thing so much Obvious outcome of just listening to every user and directly building every feature request without any UX consideration - only Microsoft is on par with them

Poor service no responses - even after hack
Poor service No help - no responses We cannot access our account anymore because we were hacked Now someone else is the admin of our account and we still have to pay for it every month And Atlassian says that only the Admin can change something I am speechless this is so rude and criminal They have ripped us of since 2 years still no feedback

Atlassian has made a big mistake
Was a Confluence and Jira Server user but got completely screwed over by this company because their focus is now cloud They don t really care about their older customers who have been using their service for years to host hundreds of thousandsnof documents When I asked if their data center Confluence package will eventually be scrapped to move to the cloud they couldn t promise anything The licence has gone from 20k annually to 120k annually robbing crooks For that reason our company has gone with SharePoint and it comes with way more features and it connects with teams stream yammer and power bi Good bye Atlassian

This company will add users to your account just to charge you a ridiculous amount of money Then even after you cancel your account they keep charging you Avoid this company and all the costs and headaches you will suffer

The customer service is comparable to Etsy Very very bad They do not compromise and will blame you for the system ph ck up The way the billing system works is brutal if you or someone had add a person agent access to the sites better make sure which particular site you granting access and if not it will add to all sites and will change the plan automatically Example three agents free four agents will change to standard plan My first time seeing the bills and not sure what happened and they should check my history accordingly Bummer to such a bad customer service

If you want to keep your users it s time to adapt
They write software for agile use yet proper story point statistics is impossible This is a great example of why people are migrating away from Jira and Confluence - Critical tools for basic Agile are hidden behind additional pay-walls - Story Points are nearly useless everywhere but sprint planning and that corner of Jira is 80 your users but hasn t been improved in nearly 10 years except added layers behind additional pay walls This is seriously irking me - Agile Roadmap double the fee - Story Point charts and reports double the fee or buy a barely helpful addon from the marketplace - Track features seperate from Epics double the feeIf you want to keep your users it s time to adapt and drop your habit of paid stick-on bandaids
