Worst company ever they made me pay for a new tyre as it got a nail in it from off the road 250 plus excess of 1500 It s not like I crashed the car or deliberately damaged it it s wear and tear no one can see a nail in the road but every can see the car infront just a joke of a company the company need to understand general wear and tear and something that is un avoidable unless your crawling along the floor infront of the car to make sure there s no nails in the road

Shame on Avis Budget for their crooked business practices and British Airways for referring me to them in the first place I booked and pre-paid 5 days of car hire from Lyon airport was offered a free upgrade when I picked the car up and asked to sign the rental agreement - sadly I didn t check to see that the price hadn t changed When my bill came through I found that the price had DOUBLED 5 emails went unanswered in 2 months eventually after an hour on hold I spoke to a customer services rep who told me it was my fault for signing the agreement

AVIOD AVIS BUDGET LIVERPOOL AIRPORT Complete rip off Charged me an additional 30 for cleaning and maintenance The car wasn t dirty I d hired it to attend a funeral and didn t get into it with muddy shoes or anything And as for the maintenance the car didn t have any water in the screen wash so when driving on the motorway couldn t clean the windscreen Could hardly see on the motorway so had to pull into a service station and pay to fill up with water Booked through easyjet Wont be using them again

Worst car Rental experience ever Major scam job - Several post car return charges for declined services and add ons Gas charge even though the car was fully fueled just 3 miles before returned at the airport Even an upgrade charge for renting the very car we booked Terrible customer service - gave us the run around when trying to recover the extra 250 they charged us Last but not least the car was not even close to the standard we usually meet when renting a car at discount rental car companies

Horrible experience Rented a car at Malaga train station for 340 eur for 4 days Due to plain cancelation we went there to extend by 2 days with their authorisation but no one informed us that the price will be different What a surprise when 2 days were charged 600 euros total 1000 euros for 6 days of car rental After claiming the error at commercial department they explained that our contract says that we agree to pay whatever the amount in case of rental extension WHAT A BAD JOKE this company Never more
