Glitches and why 100 perfection
I have been using Azilo on and off for a couple of years just think there s room for improvement Some courses have been glitch free and sometimes there are big glitches where you end up having to re-do parts of the course as it doesn t go through or plays up this can be really frustrating and Iam surprised that its still happening a year on I did email and this was rectified thankfully It has happened a few times now and I know I am not alone with this experience in regards to glitches as have spoken to others who do these course I now take constant screenshots of the courses I do with them- which is a bit annoying but just in case I need to show as evidence My other critique is there appears to be no room for human error with Azilo on some courses which seems a bit ironic I have seen with other course providers that you do not need to get 100 correct to pass and this would be the case for ANY academic examination Why the need for perfection Azilo I have seen in quite a few of the courses of Azilo that if you don t get 100 correct that you would have to redo the whole course Food Hygiene level 2 being one of them Why not just ask for a retake of the quiz How brutal I understand the concept of understanding what you learn But it s a bit pedantic making you start from the absolute beginning based on one answer being wrong Come on Azilo

An Easy online training tool - a must for my team
A fantastic online tool offering a wide variety of courses which can be accessed remotely as well as the workplace Users can access from their phones tablets etc making it easy for CPD and training to be completed Manage your teams and set goals with the additional tools available Easy to navigate and a must for my team

Great training and Great Value for money
This is a great training resource that the full staff team benefit from accessing The site is easy to follow and the courses are user friendly and simple to follow and complete the required training There are also opportunities to support the team to grow through a variety of leadership training opportunities also Definitely worth having and great value for money

I completed my SVQ level 3 in health and social care
I completed my SVQ level 3 in health and social care with Azilo Training My assessor was Helen Clarke who was absolutely amazing and supported me every step of the way Whenever I needed her help or to ask a simple question Helen was always easy to contact and would take the time out her very busy day to assist and guide me through anything I found difficult or didn t quite understand If your considering doing any level of SVQ I highly recommend Azilo training The service and organisation is exceptional I had a wonderful experience Thank you so much Helen and all the team at Azilo Training
