Just called DB they connected me to the English speaking consultant my questions wasn t fully answered he was very rude with poor English language skills

The train almost always arrives late at least in my case Even when the weather is nice somehow they manage not to bring you on time The thing is that sometimes you arrive 30 40 50 minutes later That is insane And they DB don t seem to care much about it

ICE Mannheim to Hamburg which lasts over 5 hours Restaurant closed no water no food Internet connectivity is a joke

There is nobody not even the CEO in the different departments who dares to take the responsibility to decide to pay back 52 euro A refund because DB cancelled an ICE train Sad service

This site is excellent in finding timetables and different connections If you want to book on this site and you re not from germany your options are limited You cannont buy the online ticket and your only option is to buy their postal ticket which costs extra 3 euros

The ICE trains of Deutsche Bahn DB German Railways are normally fast and comfortable But this one today 04sept 2020 ICE15 from K ln to Frankfurt wasn t comfortable AT ALL It swayed strongly sideways the whole trip to the extent that you could barely stand

I am right now in the S-Bahn S3 Bad Cannstatt - VaihingenThere is a delay but the driver keeps us informed and makes me feel safe and comfortable I personally have a massive delay today because of all the Baustellen everywhere in Stuttgart but because of him I feel fine Thank you very much and thumbs up to good people

I booked a cheap economy ticket from Frankfurt to Copenhagen Unfortunetaly one of my connection-trains was delayed while I was riding it so I missed the next train and therefore the next 3 after that too I went to their DB-servicecenter to ask what to do They apologised that due to it being evening already I wouldn t be able to reach tonight What they could do for me instead was to get me a step further to Hamburg and then book me into a hotel of my chosing at their expense They gave me a stamped paper told me to go to Hamburg and give that to the servicecenter there as they d finalize the booking So I did and in Hamburg they were extremely helpful as well I just asked for the closest hotel as i was tired after flying in from India They called ahead and book everything at a hotel 300 meter from there at a 50 euro or more hotel with everything included Which is more than i paid for the ticket Ontop of that they gave me a special replacement ticket which allowed me to take any train and timing the next day no matter schedule while at the same time printing me papers of the different options for trains and timings I could use the next day depending on how early i felt like starting my travels Unfortunately I could not get home the planned night Incidents mistakes and delays can happen The help service and compensation I ve got after the unfortunate delay was exceptional Superb service going above and beyond for me before I could even complain all I said was Yeah uhm My train was delayed so i missed my next one And the immediate respons was Let s see what we can do and where we can get you put 10 out of 10 stars S ren PapeDenmark
