Prompt delivery nice guitar
Prompt delivery they warned me there might be a delay as it was post Xmas but in fact the guitar arrived on the day they said Only annoyance was DPD delivering before the allotted time slot so I could have been out but that s not Bax s fault Guitar is as decribed well set up

Ordered a couple of Visaton speakers to replace non functioning hifi ones after Christmas with delivery promised by the 2nd January As this was a public holiday I knew that was unlikely and delivery was made the day after I was very impressed by Bax service I was kept informed of progress at each stage We ll see how the speakers perform in the longer term but initial impressions are good

Very easy to understand the order process always very competitive on price and a top notch returns policy where they pay for the return if you are not happy It beats even my favourite UK firm The only minor issue is that deliveries take a bit longer as the UK is no longer in the EU and there are two courier companies involved Highly recommended
