They make it impossible to cancel
You can t cancel your BOD membership online They tell you that you can on their FAQ But the links they tell you to click on do not exist If you think you re going to sign up for a free 14-day trial and easily cancel if you don t find value in it I promise you the free 14 days is not worth the frustrating process of trying to cancel this thing I ve been trying for a half an hour using the exact instructions from their website It s so shady to have a business model that keeps customers and take their money by making them choose between 1 Having a frustrating time canceling 2 Giving up and telling themselves that maybe they ll get around to using the membership I finally got a hold of someone on the phone who said they were experiencing recent technical difficulties that made it impossible to cancel online I just read a review from the summer of 2019 however saying they had the very same difficulty That s a long time to let a technical difficulty go unfixed

My complaint is that it is IMPOSSIBLE
My complaint is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact the company I need to cancel my membership and have wasted so much time trying to do so I also needed to cancel the social media package part last year and again it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone The classes online are great though

MX Bike support is AWFUL
Having a terrible time with MX Bike support Received a damaged MX bike that looks used and is making sounds It is a nightmare to get to someone who can help and all communication is via email with 48 hour turnaround The MX staff is very condescending and not willing to do more than just send parts for me to replace plus send a tech out for the sounds Was told processes recently changed so stuff like this won t happen - too bad for me One person says will replace the bike then 2 days later they will not Going in circles for 10 days Now if want to return will charge 250 for a broken bike I was so excited to get this but am now in a nightmare

Terrible customer service since bike merger
Since the merger with Openfit Myx the customer service has been terrible They claimed they migrated my account but now it says they canceled it The price was supposed to stay the same but now they want me to sign up for a brand new subscription for much more than what I had been paying While most people had some problems logging onto the new platform they eventually made it through with a continuing subscription Mine did not happen that way I spend many hours with customer service escalating escalating with zero result So I have a bike I cannot use They refuse to fix the mistake they made canceling my subscription

Beware of hidden subscriptions and network marketing
Beware Maybe they gave you a great deal for signing up but they also signed you up for a hidden monthly shakeology subscription for 155 a month They don t list it anywhere and then suddenly you get an email saying that your order has shipped without the pricing You don t even know what the order is and they can t refund you right away because it s being packed in the warehouse I regret giving my credit card info to this pyramid scheme

There is no way to contact this company
There is no way to contact this company from the UK I currently have a membership and actually want to sort out a renewal the work outs are good but the subscription got cancelled through Google play and I can t find anyway way to sort it out They show options to contact them but nothing works

Buyer Beware
Update I received an email from BODi explaining they would not refund my money They stated they sent a pre-bill notification to my email on 1 28 24 Unfortunately they did not so again beware of this scam of a company and its lack of customer service and honesty Buyer BewareI used to use Beachbody on demand for a few years I used to love it The workouts were good but now the workouts are average at best I was charged per the automatic renewal without being notified I chatted with their customer service and asked for them to cancel my membership and refund my money since I was not notified of the automated renewal and therefore was not expecting 100 to be deducted from my account They sent me a form to fill out that says they rarely refund any money so there isn t much you can do but eat the fee There are so many great workout videos out there for half the price that have great customer service and care for their customer base Sadly this used to be great years ago but now they are just money-hungry If they had produced quality material and had caring and supportive customer service I would never have written such a review

Perfect Fitness Fix for Mums
I have used Beach Body for just over a year now I started with T25 and completed all 3 phases The workouts were a perfect length and enabled me to work out with my little one So no excuses I am currently half way through the new Transform 20 programme and loving every minute I have never felt fitter And with so many more programmes on my to do list at Beach Body my exercise regime is taken care of for a long while yet You can never miss a trick either with the BoD app available on so many devices Thank you beach Body
