They claim to sell high quality hand crafted treasures but what they really sell is cheap jewelry from China which they probably buy for pennies Just do some searches on Alibaba and you will find the exact same junk I bought a bracelet and when I tried to get a refund I was told I couldn t because I bought it on sale Well guess what all of their stuff is always on sale so their return policy is worthless Even at the sale prices the jewelry is way overpriced Stay away

Ordered 155 worth of PLASTIC JUNK Asked for a refund was told can t get one and to look at the FAQ page on their website and of course there isn t one Better Buiness Burea should close this company down Don t trust their phony apologies they re laughing all the way to the bank Will never order again and will get the word out how shady this company is This is Dollar Tree quality jewelry Very disappointed

I purchased 12 items for gifts from Beachware com but was not satisfied with the quality When I contacted the company I was told the items were non refundable The company referred me to their FAQ however their web page has been under construction and cannot be accessed so that info was not available They offered me a one time credit but not a refund The amount of purchase was 138 00 Based on comments on their website it appears others are having issues also but issue appears to be getting their orders not returning them
