We have been using Belfast Self Storage since July of this year and have found their service and their facilities to be excellent The staff are very generous with their time and nothing is too much trouble

Staff in Kennedy Way are first class Very Helpful and nothing was a problem I wish I had all there manes but I was in Tuesday 17th September and talked to Tracey my wife dealt with Sean There was another guy who was great also

Excellent service from Sarah explained everything showed me the storage place and various sizes of units Chatted about insurance really friendly and knowledgeable customer care skills are superb and I could tell from listening to advice she had a genuine passion knowledge of her work Belfast hire I have hired because I need the space however I have used this company because they are the best

I arrived at opening time and was impressed at how quickly Rhys showed me around and guided me through the procrdures The unit was very clean dry and secure and the exact size I needed I unloaded the van into the unit within 2 hours Very impressed with the whole setup and location Easy to find Looking forward to going back to collect my items and going on the ferry close by to Cairnryan

Where do I start It s a long time since I ve had such excellent customer service Darren and Reece made a very difficult move for me so much easier The storage facility itself is excellent and well cared for Would have no hesitation in recommending this company
