Very happy using Belfast Self Storage for five years Paul and Tracy provided excellent service Professional advice and guidance from the first phone call to the final clear-out Went above and beyond to help always a pleasure to deal with and I felt very confident leaving property in long term storage under their care

These guys are fab

These guys are fab They were really helpful working out what size unit we needed and it was no problem to extend our lease when we unexpectedly needed more time When we were sending our stuff to France during coronavirus they were really helpful and when our move turned stressful they were very reassuring Can t recommend highly enough

New storage facility a godsend

With a need to sort out a lot of items I have gathered over the years the recently opened BSS Kennedy Way facility has been a godsend Rhys and his colleagues have been very helpful and there is a great range of storage units available I had initially underestimated how much stuff I had gathered but moving to a larger unit was no problem I have been using the facility for 4-5 weeks now The off loading bay is well designed and there is a large canopy that protects from rain etc Also Kennedy Way being beside the M1 motorway is extremely convenient for access The roomy lifts provide swift access to the upper floors

I have used Belfast Self Storage for a number of years and have found Paul and the team to be friendly efficient and ready to go the extra mile every time I keep promising myself I won t be moving again having spent the last two months between houses but if I do I know exactly where I will trust my precious possessions Sheila Davidson September 2020

Couldn t fault them tbh 1st time storing so flexible with great comms great price and deal for unit Duncrue team fully explained how it works and refunded in 1 day for time not used

Extreme and efficient staff

Extremely welcoming and efficient staff who were very flexible and couldn t have been more helpful in my needs I had to change my storage unit size wise at the last minute and the team sorted this immediately Unit wise and equipment from trolleys to lifts all top drawer Highly recommend if you require storage facility and price wise they are by far the best Sean D

I had a great experience using Belfast Self Storage The facility was clean and well laid out with ample availability of trolleys Darren also provided a great customer service with help on hand if needed and a friendly support Will definitely use Belfast Self Storage again if the opportunity arises

Helpful staff easy experience overall

The office team was able to explain what they had available for my needs quickly I spoke to them a few times about a couple of things and they were helpful and always got things sorted They pointed out cut off dates and implications for cancelling really clearly which was good Overall it was easy I had no issues and staff were helpful
