Sean from Belfast storage Kennedy way has been amazing from the start to the end I have rented with the team for one year no issues experienced with prompt communication and understanding They really accommodate for frequent movers like myself and is always willing to help They really made my move super easy

Great Help

I ve dealt with the team for over a year and from the 1st initial conversation we had about renting a unit the team have been fantastic we are based in the UK so when we have had pallets sent out to Northern Ireland some have arrived before our team has we are always kept in the loop in relation to deliveries etc Communication has been 2nd to none and the team are always on hand to help when they can Very professional and a credit to the company I would highly recommend them and we will use them again when needed praise enough Thanks again All

Great experience with Belfast Self Storage - Kennedy Way

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish Sean made the initial enquiry process smooth and hassle free even sending me photos of the unit as I couldn t get in to see if it was big enough as did the person on the phone when I called up to make payment When I arrived Darren at the reception desk was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with the storage unit and recommending a padlock suitable for my needs Everything was handled efficiently making the entire process easy and stress free The units are also all brand new and clean The only thing that would have made it even better is receiving the welcome letter via email before arriving without asking Overall I would recommend

Used their service for over a year ended it now as I no longer need storage for my business Jack and Rebecca who were my main contacts were always responsive and willing to help with whatever query I had Would recommend them any day - hassle free and pleasant to deal with

We used Belfast Self Storage for student belongings in between term times It was very easy to arrange well-organised clean and felt like a safe environment The Kennedy Way storage is a short drive from Queens university Would definitely use again

Brilliant from start to finish Really great service from the guys at Belfast self storage Friendly and professional throughout They helped me get organised for a move home from London made sure everything ran smoothly including dealing with movers and keeping me updated via email The storage facility itself was perfect - very secure Highly recommend
