I have uses many storage companies in the past however I cannot compare any of them to Belfast Self Storage Absolutely blown away with the staff and facility at Kennedy way got my first month 50 off while also being the cheapest in the area I had 1 phone call with Darren and that was it easy to understand and even easier pay for

Superb very easy to deal with and a fab

Superb very easy to deal with and a fab option when moving house or clearing out when you re not sure what to keep First sift what went to storage and second sift what went from storage back So two large dumps completed

Staff polite and respectful to myself

Staff polite and respectful to myself as well as patient with me as I had never used a self storage facility before I have no negative comments to make about the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Belfast self storage to anyone to anyone

Easy location

Easy location friendly staff at the reception they have all the bits and pieces you need if yoy forget for example forgot all about a padlock and they had one on site Very helpful

Changing home from England to Belfast

I was moving my house from England to NI and used Belfast self storage I feel so good for taking that decision They have good storage spaces and very good prices Their team is very prompt and helpful They helped me in collecting my boxes in my absence and storing it They have trolleys and huge lifts to help move the storage There are bus services to access this place as well The nearest bus stop is 2 mins but the busses are less frequent Another stop is 17 mins walk away You can easily drive in or take an uber One best thing I felt is they allow access on Sundays as well I highly recommend this storage area

Excellent Rhys and Darren were fantastic Nothing was a problem and everything was explained in a way even I could understand The actual facility is top notch and I cannot recommend both this and the Staff highly enough
