Benro ignores repair parts
I have a benro Tripster tripod Two of the extensions on one leg are slightly bent I want to replace those two segments I ve called Benro Parts repair and benro technical assistence No one answers the phones left messages twice no reponse after 10 days I ve written to them 3 times no reponse after 2 months I ve contacted the the store that sold the tripod and they could not help One star is generous benro does not have customer service it would appear Terrible way to do business

Is Benro a scam
I ordered and paid for a tripod a year ago and have received nothing I was told it would be mailed in November and now they say January TO make matters worse I received an email from Benro in October requesting I pay for shipping on the order While responding to the request I accidentially ordered another tripod and immediately notified Benro of the mistake They resent the correct link to pay for shipping which I did but they charged my account again and have refused to credit my card Right now I think they are a scam outfit I have sent at least 8 emails without any satisfaction
