I was looking to write a will through dog Something was put through to this website wouldn t let me finish will made me a phone appointment anyway I cancelled it and phoned them to say I want to cancel my account they put the phone down when I asked for all my info to be deleted not happy I think they re scammers now all my info is on there site and nothing can do about I

If I could have sent no stars I would have Awful absolutely awful booked a zoom call to make wills with my wife Arranged time off work etc when we both attended the zoom meeting bequeathed didn t show up Wow how unprofessional We rang them and the person we were supposed to be seeing wasn t available Complete disgrace when you re providing a service for planning people s future and their death Still in shock here DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If you think you re going to save yourself anything you actually won t

Poor processes and customer care

Had a long video call to discuss writing a new will after my husband passed away which determined that a basic free will would not be appropriate as it was more complex than that I agreed with this and awaited the follow up Nothing for a month When I chased them Bequeathed informed me that they had lost my call transcript and I d need to send them my information for the Free Basic Will again or I could schedule another call I informed them that we had determined it was not a basic will and that I might as well go to a local solicitor to get my will prepared as it would be less time consuming Only positive is that as requested they deleted my data promptly I chair a charity who pay for this service and we are very concerned that our members and beneficiaries may be having a similar experience
