Beautiful bag terrible service outrageous delivery time

I bought a bag in July and 2 months after I haven t received anything I am not sure if it is a scam or not they keep telling me they are late they said they would send it by mid August then end of August then mid September now beginning of October No excuses no nothing but they got my money 2 months ago and I have not received my bag Quick update Right after having written the above someone from the Company wrote me threatnening me to take me to court Still no explation on why they were so late and nothing as of a date by which I could expect the bag to arrive New update the bag has arrived after 10 5 weeks they had sais and written 4 6 weeks for delivery It is beautiful If they spent a little less on marketing and a little more on client service I would buy another Unfortunately by they way they have treaed me I will not

I love my bag

I love my bag it took a long time but it was worth it I also love it because it s nice and light to carry for hot spring Summer weather in Italy it has loads of space inside so you can get everything in it easily but is not too big thankyou so much
