Not genuine CE protection

Items claimed to have be CE armour are clearly NOT genuine CE armour The particular jacket I purchased from them that claimed CE approved back armour had a thin 4 5mm piece of flat foam board with no markings at all on it When I contacted the business they insisted it is CE armour - which it very obviously is not They asked me to send the item back but I am holding on to it for Trading Standards It is very obviously NOT CE armour The Elbow and shoulder armour looks like a cheaply made copy of CE armour but certainly does not feel like any of the genuine CE armour I have in other garments These garments are being sold to bikers as protective garments and almost certainly will not give the protection expected Buy at your own risk By all means sell non CE gear but dont sell it claiming it to be something it isnt

BUYER BEWARE

I bought a pair of water proof trousers from this company in January 24 I wore them for the first time 14th June 24 the seams opened up at two locations on the front It was a clear manufacturing fault due to a lack of material at the seam not catching the stitching I sent a clear photo to the seller They denied liability as they claim it is over their 3 month return policy even although they advertise a 12 month manufacturing guarantee They are not responding to my emails although they claim to value customer satisfaction in their adverts it is a total rejection of my consumer rights I would not recommend buying from this Company

Tried very hard to avoid honouring free returns guarantee

Ordered a jacket from this seller via Amazon marketplace Listing promised free returns for any reason so felt confident ordering When item turned out to be too small they then spent 3 weeks doing everything possible to avoid sending out a valid label including twice supplying prepaid labels with invalid barcodes and QR codes and other incorrect details ie weight In between first say why you want to return and we have sent a label and just send it back which in the end i did at my own expense once i had received their assurance that postage would be refunded It wasn t Eventually Amazon stepped in and a full refund was received Had i ordered direct from the website without the added reassurance you get from Amazon i d probably be on to Trading Standards by now Suggest you avoid this company

Don t gamble with your safety to save money

Bought a pair of Kevlar Aramid lined trousers CE AA Was suspicious that the 100 Aramid fibre lining wasn t actually genuine Dupont Kevlar as described Took a piece of medium grit sandpaper to it and put holes in it with 2 rubs Then was able to cut through it with ease with a pair of normal household scissors and tear it just as easily Now I m no expert but I m pretty sure genuine Aramid fabric should be more robust than this Wouldn t want to gamble my skin so they went in the bin

Utter shite

Utter shite Nothing like the photos on the website and it isn t actually a proper shop just a bloke ordering stuff from Pakistan and sending it on The body armour offers all the protection of a cut up cornflake box and the leather is about as thick as a fag paper Don t waste your money and it is a waste of money because he won t refund it

Order trousers and jacket took ages to be delivered Worn 4 times pocket fell apart and lost my house keys Emailed them loads of times and no reply Stay away from them waste of time and money

Best company can improve by shipping the correct goods to start off with and then when I want to return them they want to charge me for it you also email them then they go quiet and then you nudged them and then they come out with some total different shit will never buy from this company again stay away be warned they are effing crap

My experience with this company has been dreadful

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing I ordered a pair of motorcycle jeans a size larger than I ware by doing this I knew the length would be a little longer however I was prepared to except this When the jeans arrived later than the advertised delivery times they would not fit I put a drapers tape around the waistband to find they were not a 34 I am a 32 I requested a return for a refund which the excepted only to be told that I was responsible for the return post cost This to me was not the response I expected as the goods were not fit for purpose I have returned the item with a tracked return upon checking they have had the return for 3 days I have let them know that I ve tracked the item and it s been received Now they are asking for a tracking number Obviously an excuse not to refund my money SHOCKING CUSTOMER CAREGIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH Not a nice company to deal with
