Very good first server host

The premium Minecraft server was excellent This was my first Minecraft server so I wanted something easy to use while still being advanced enough to learn on I could not have asked for a better host for this purpose

Incredible service

It s a wonderful service the server are fast configurable the dashboard is clean and easy to understand even if you have trouble with it there are many video and text tutorial and even then if you still have trouble their staff is quick on the response and kind glad I choose them

English based

I ve only used two groups y all being the second and the first one was a German based company so I never understood their emails Thanks for being English language based Also very easy to understand platform

Almost instant responses and assistant they asked the questions they needed to know and got everything setup in a timely matter They were also very friendly

the Incredible kindness even though i might be a bit annoying they still keep it friendly and it s also amazing how the operator tries different changes to the code in the server to fix it they nail it I gladly restarted my server about 5 times for his tactics he apologised for the server restarts but i said that there s no need to apologise as i know it s the main way the server updates Please thank Thomas P for me he is a GREAT operator for getting the attention of the plugin-creator for me so I could fix it with the creator himself Thomas even told me about the Discord that I could watch for answers after he created a support tab in the Discord server of the plugin s creator so the use of Discord is great with you guys it seems which is very important these days and it s nice to know that I m not the only one that uses Discord mainly to know that a company such as you guys use it as it s not often i have seen that DThank you SO much Thomas P you are incredible for getting me the help i needed Have a lovely christmas and new-year-Diamon
