The product is great but the delivery
The product is great but the delivery is abysmal They always claim there was nobody to take delivery even when it is sent to a business address I have NEVER had this delivered on time in full as it is supposed to be there is always some lie concocted as to why they could not deliver

Order did not come for a MONTH 0 effort to help
I waited for an order for a MONTH and received nothing else than a refund and no explanation as to what the problem was ZERO effort to help me when the problems with delivery occurred Have been a customer for over two years but still was treated very poorly I would recommend being careful when ordering from them if you need something in a hurry and like good customer service

I m waiting for almost 2 weeks now for the package that I already paid for I have always ordered with bitiba before because of how easy the order and delivery process is Now on the other hand I ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for my package and it won t be delivered because the delivery person can not find me I am not home which is a freaking lie since I am home EVERY DAY due to home office So stop suddenly having issues finding me if you never had issues beforehand for over 2 years

I would not recommend Think very carefully before placing order with this company
Placed order and paid via Pay Pal 14 10 24 no confirmation and unable to trace order etc 14 days later I ve contacted them for explanation waiting on reply Also a German company yet payment via Pay Pay was in US dollars to an individual with english name which I find very suspicious

Would buy from them again
I ve ordered from this site a couple of times now I find they have a better selection and better prices than many of my local pet food shops eg Futterhaus Fressnapf Delivery was really quick as well

A friend suggested this on-line shop for Snuggle-easy warming pillow and the first order came very fast the product is excellend and my cats are addicted to it I surfed a little on their website and found some new cat food sorts which are not available everywhere The prices are very good The shipping is very fast The food had long expire date It is very good and carefully packed I received x e-mail all the information- invoice tracking number People here seems to work hard and good That s why give them all my thanks and compliments
